This is a good explanation. It really isn't that confusing - she is mentally ill.

Anyone with a tiny bit of common sense would wonder what the heck they joined that site for, though, at this point. So, they looked past the controversy, but to find the founder now asking for advice? Those people need a wake-up call. I guess they just drank too much of her kool-aid.

Can someone explain to me why if KimKins is the fastest weight loss, etc, etc, why are they partnered with the LA Weight Loss and Hoodia??

Probably because if she lists them on her front page, they will put the Kimkins link on their front page and it doesn't cost her any money. Folks who go to sites for Hoodia and LA Weight Loss may also be looking for a nice easy diet to follow.

I did find the "Remove Stretch Marks" and the "Egg Whites International" links very interesting too.

And for that matter... does the "Try a New Hairstyle" site sell wigs?

Of course, I won't click on any of those links, just in case she gets any credit for them.

And I predict she will be back long before most of us suspect. You know, I don't doubt that she's been through some rough times growing up, but that does not excuse that she is victimizing and scamming people. Lots of us had bad childhoods, but don't parlay that into a lucrative concern at the expense of desperate people.

Well, here is one of the things I can't understand:

She's back there with her cheering section saying I'm one of you....I've relapsed. But, the fact of the matter is she did not relapse. SHE NEVER LOST 198LBS!!!!! SHE WAS NEVER ABLE TO FIT INTO THAT RED DRESS!!

She's saying that she lost 100lbs and relapsed. How can everyone at KK just gloss over the fact that from the start, even if she did relapse, it was a big FAT lie.

There is no anything under Kimkins with a LLC in California, but I believe Jayed was looking at other possible names.

I did a DBA search in Riverside County and came up empty. I also tried a variety of variations on Heidi's name, initials, etc for the LLC search and got nowhere. I want to go back and do a date search but I need to verify when she first claimed the "new ownership."

But, this information would have been attained in the deposition so I'm not sure how necessary it is for us to find it.
