Me too, with the insomnia again. Actually, I was winding down, then got a nosebleed. Second one this week. Now I'm wide awake from stuffing kleenex into my nostril.

It seems that I have finally been brought up here.

Here's the short version of my story:

Atkins-like eating got me from 122 to 104 in three months last year.

Kimkins-like eating then got me from 104-98.

I only began with binge-eating issues after eating such low calories.
(PB being my very favorite binge food).

I now maintain at 102, which seems a healthy weight for me, as I am quite small boned.

I still struggle with PB issues.

The reason I'm leaving the maintenance forum is because I feel that too mainy "maintainers" cannot accept healthy fats or carbs.
*And that is exactly the mentality that I am trying to free myself from.

Rebecca-I think you look awesome! I'm 5 1/2 and have maintained at 105-110. I've gotten lower but thought I looked unhealthy--but I'm medium/large boned and that makes a huge difference for us shorties.

I'm watching Mike & Juliet right now, and they're talking about Drew Peterson. There is a woman there, not sure of her profession, analyzing the things this guy has said, and talking about his sociopathic behavior. It so sounds like Kimmer! Like how he gives answers that baffle everyone, but doesn't get that since he doesn't think like a normal person that the answers don't work. Hard for me to express that correctly. She also said that sociopathic people will stick to their game, and if they lose that game / get backed into a corner, they immediately start on another one. Pretty interesting commentary.
