I just saw this program on TV and couldn't have drove faster to my office to get online and JOIN! I could care less how much the owner weighs.......the program works. I forget the name of the lady who used to work for this company and she was all upset? For what! She's thin now and was huge before she started kimkins. I was praying that this site would still be up because that girl said it should be taken down. I am glad it's up and I joined and paid for it right away. Please don't take this site down. I am going to go buy all the food I need to do this diet today and am starting first thing when I wake up. Watch my weight loss ticker in my siggy line and I'm going to be (as my name says) ......**********
I used to weigh 127 my whole life before having kids. Now I am 202 and got up to 210 at my biggest. I have been 200+ pounds for 10 years now and it's time. I want to be thin again. My goal weight is 140 and I truly believe this program is going to get me there. I chose to do the Boot Camp choice because it's easier for me to have the meal plan written out for me. It tells me exactly what to do and I'm going to do it.

Thank you Kimmer and I could care less what your real name is or how much you weigh. You are brilliant and I am more greatful for this website than any other site on the web. Please keep it up so I can watch my own progress and get support from others.

Don't people realize they can starve themselves for free?

I just don't get the incentive anymore.

An obese founder who can't stay on her own diet. No proof of anyone who has gotten to goal that has REALLY done kimkins to lose all of the weight. No maintenance program. Horribly sickening recipes (mix 2 egg whites with a handful of lettuce and fry with pam....) Verbal abuse by brain dead people like Fawn. (who's really trippin fawnnnnnnn?)

I think that the person who was running people over with her car so she could get to work and join kimkins is kimmer making a desperate attempt to show that there are still nutjobs out there who will worship her.

The difference Kimmer, is that those coaches usually have real players who they have coached in the past winning games. They are not fake cut outs or scammed pictures, like most of your success stories and the coach is not shown wearing a super bowl ring to only find out later...oopsie I never had a successful coaching career I apologize if there are those of you who feel misled.

I agree with you. Neither of those 2 female waifs know what it is like to be in an MORBIDLY obese persons mind. Didn't see the show, but know that as long as we don't take this diet to the extreme, then it is effective. I hope that most people have enough sense to eat when their body NEEDS it and not when your mind WANTS it. There has never been any documented proof that the body needs grains, dairy or fruit. I'm allergic to both grains and dairy so how can those be good for me. HoneyBee: Were they watching the same show as we were???? Well, this is to be expected. You can't say that these people weren't WARNED about the health risks of low calorie diets..I'm sure we will see another influx of Refugees..So, we will move over and make room when their hair starts falling out, etc..
