Monday is my wedding anniversary, 36 years, and I almost forget about it because of all the other big things happening Monday.

FWIW, DH and I go pretty well everywhere together, but especially on cross-country flights. He's my best friend, confidante, and errand boy. I'd EXPECT a husband to accompany his wife for moral support, even if she did take unholy glee in his prostate exam.At that, it likely was something he kept avoiding; so her insistence may have been a GOOD THING! TT just has an egocentric way of expressing herself that raises my hackles.

This show is gonna be interesting---with TT's flippant remarks and country redneck persona and SL .....well she's just an airhead from reading her posts---I don't know either one as well as ya'll do

but I just have this picture stuck in my head-- some woman in a flowing caftan with a turban sitting by a redneck in a nascar shirt, spoiling for a cat fight---sitting across from 2 professional, well groomed, articulate women(Deni and Christin)

It's gonna be hilarious!!!!

It will be interesting to see TT in action. We have heard Christin speak on the video blog and she is quite articulate and presents a very professional appearance. Speaking in public is an art. I'm afraid TT won't come across as very articulate..NOW, I'm betting they won't give her much of a chance to even speak..The focus will be Christin, Deni, probably a nutritionist (like before) at the least. How can Tippy defend "her" plan when there is a professional there? Her plan is nutritionally bankrupt and the "bent" that they used on Friday's show was that..Sure you will lose weight when you don't eat much..DUH, but you will gain it back and ruin your health.

I just wonder how deep into the whole fraud they will go---will they just focus on the pitiful excuse of a diet or go into the real stuff we are all worried about.

Noone really knows, but the show has alot of information to go on..I personally think they will focus on the scam aspect of the diet..(how Kimmer never lost the weight, but pretended to)..and the unsafe and unhealthy aspects of the plan.
But, you never know..Maybe they will touch on the "banning" aspect of it..The producers of the show will be in charge of the way it goes and the questions that are asked, I think.

Maybe they will show the "huge" ebook!!! That in itself was a scam..

I don't know how Tippy can defend any of the KKins plans. She will look like an idiot saying that 800 calories is a safe way to lose!! NOT.

Actually, in Tippyese, it was a "prosterate" exam, and that is not what she took glee in. She took glee in the fact that he had to have a colonoscopy because at the "prosterate" exam, she told the Dr. that he had blood in his stool. What a loving wife, huh? At that point, she didn't even know if he had colon cancer, but took evil pleasure that he had to have the test. The woman is sick!

Yes, it is a pitiful excuse for a diet. Not much different than when I was in high school taking prescription diet pills and barely eating. Yeah, that was healthy too - NOT!

On the TV show, I would love to see the question posed as to why there are 35 complaints at the Better Business Bureau that go unanswered to date. Many of them are older than a month old. I know mine is among them, and when I filed mine, there were 25 or so.

Terry: I totally agree with this. But, the nutritionist/hosts have learned that even the
Hollywood diet works because of the low calories, but it is very unhealthy and you will gain all the weight back once you start eating. I THINK they will definitely think the same way about the KK plan. Low calories are bad according the Mike and Juliet show.

So, there is no way Tippy can dress up Kimkins and make it look healthy..Especially when Deni/Christin tell what they were eating and had Kimmer's blessing. I think the fact that
the author of Kimkins didn't have any nutritional training will be a big one, too..

Mike and Juliet will be the voice of reason on this show as well as our girls and the "experts"..TT won't have a leg to stand on..(unless she turns KKins into Weight Watchers)..

Carolyn, there is no doubt that TT is using a strategy that is destined for failure. It's as if she didn't get anything from watching Friday's show. The producers telegraphed how they see very low calorie plans, yet TT thinks all she has to do is go flash before and after pics that she hurriedly threw together and voila, everyone will be convinced that KK is a great idea. Go figure. Not the brightest bulb in the chandelier.

[I would not worry too much about her having money to pay the debt. As I see it, a scammer thinks about being scammed and takes precautions. Kimmer has homeowners or renters insurance, they will pay for liability .

You know..I doubt if she will even get to do a "Show and Tell" with the before/after pictures. I'm sure the nutritionist is waiting to see those pictures..and then she will say,
"Oh, thank you, Tippy for bringing those pictures..NOW I get it..My 4 plus years of studying nutrition should be thrown out the window thanks to you. You have truly shown me the correct way to lose weight..How can I ever thank you enough?"
