Magics...they knew they were going to advertise in WW and the response would be big so they raised the price to join...supposidly she had over 40,000 new members in June 07

I know one of my husband's business is "inactive" but we still renew the filing with the state yearly so we are in "good standing". The benefit of that is also so we don't have to take the value personally - which would increase our taxes.

If you have a business you have to follow the State/Federal rules. No way around it - unless you don't care.

I didnt see it either, maybe Im missing it. I do however remember it being posted on the top of a Kimkins page. Boasting perhaps? Could she manipulate the numbers? And look at the Web Traffic for Nov. Dont think much money is being made anymore.

Too late for that trick. The lawsuit has already been filed. Judgments are exempt from bankruptcies.

The bankruptcy judges decides what is exempt - but taxes/lawsuits, etc. are exempt!

NYC BOUND Minutes ago We are ready to go so this will be my last post for a short time. Mr. TT is grumbling, we have to get up early, suitcases are packed, the dog is pacing because he knows something is up. I will say I have the most supportive husband ever! OK--bye for now everyone. I doubt that Mr. TT is going, too. He probably will drive her to the airport.. I'm sure Mr. TT would have to pay his own way and they might not want to do that..But, then again Mr. TT might be in the audience..Who knows???

And this is the man she laughed at when he had to have a rectal due to bleeding. She said it was paybacks cause he told her she was not skinny enough to wear such and such an outfit. The way she wrote it, she took great glee in his discomfort.

Cheryl, Carolyn posted that she had FLED which was why it took so long to serve her the court papers--the address was completely different but still in Corona

I check the summons on the site and it seems that she was served at Tremont Place where she lives. She might have gone and come back. Am I looking at the right address?

I knew she was holed up in her apartment, then gone, and probably came back, thinking the coast was clear..NOT.

Well, Mr. TT might be going...Maybe we can get a glimpse of him in the audience.
