The person who posted how they didn't think Kimmer was supposed to be the red dress woman anyway...that poster has been posting at kimkins for 100 plus posts???? Is that correct Mariasol?
If so I need to go see what is going on over there because when MJR posted that it read like Kimmer trying to rally the supporters before "D" day.

Honey, I agree that this is Kimmer. She either took over an old user name or it was a sockpuppet already from the beginning. I think the latter.
I don't know why the post count got messed up. As I said, perhaps Kimmer had to do something when she brought this person back to life, and it somehow reset the count

She said for years, the government has been trying to stop this.

What better example to use than Kimkins? I 'd think the regulatory agencies would LOVE this particular scam because there's no big corporation behind it to put up a big fight, not even an attorney on board. Just a woman with a computer and a criminal mind well-suited to scamming up millions.

Some FTC bureaucrat who wants to make a name for himself needs to get hold of this little gem. Hmm. Too bad Monday's a federal holiday.....

If you review my post you will see that I stated if someone comes on here saying "What about Peggy ColTON" I would ignore them. How odd that you thought I was referring to you because when you posted about a Peggy it was Peggy ColSON *not* Peggy Colton, which is what I stated.

Now I point out this difference because Peggy ColTON *is* a piece of the puzzle regarding this case, but you had said Peggy ColSON in your original post that you were referring to, because- as you stated- you read that on another site. Therefore, my statement of how I would ignore or bless someone's heart if they came on here saying "What about Peggy ColTON" means two things-
1) That I was not referring to you
2) The person I am referring to would be someone who had done more than read it somewhere else.
That person to me, meaning giving pieces of the puzzle and leaving, would be popping in to cause a diversion or distraction to get us to focus on something else and would be very Kimmer like.

The BBB has them at F now and has numerous negative reviews that the CC should find good reading. They can also contact the FTC or other agencies and inquire about an investigation or add their complaint at having to refund a members charge. I would say that by you filing a complaint with the FTC, the BBB, signing the petition etc...would show your CC that you are serious and not satisfied with Kimkins service. IMHO

I joined here the day I was banned from Kimkins and I have never implied otherwise and I also have stated that I was a member of kimkins who once did the diet at one time, so those points of your post are true.
If that portion of your post was an attempt to imply that my comments are many times about nothing, then that is your opinion and you are entitled to it.

To defend myself on what I contribute, on the boards or elsewhere, to you is implying that you opinion was upsetting to me, and that would be giving it more value than your opinion deserves, therefore, I will only say that I do enjoy laughing and sharing humor here as well as facts.

However, I had previously chalked up the vibe of your posts as coming from the fact, that although you left Kimkins, you were having a difficult time dealing with leaving that WOE behind you. That you somehow wanted to be shown that kimkins was not dangerous and you were afraid to totally abandon that way of eating. That you were fighting an inner struggle of seeing things as wrong but wanting to believe that Kimmer and Kimkins are not a scam. I know that you have successfully switched to induction and that is great, so hopefully that has helped you adjust.

That is where I stand. I explained myself and addressed your points, but I imagine that you can explain your situation better than I can.

But I do have a question for you....What does your screen name mean or what is the meaning behind the name?

I never senses that Kimmer was ready for a fight over at the board. I sensed that she stood firm in her beliefs and that was all. She took the criticism gracefully and the stepped up criticism and eventual catfighting until really, she had to go. What could she do?

I believe strongly that Kimmers has maintained professional courtesy consistantly. At least any time I visit, or what I've read, I've not seen Kimmer lend credibility to any of the bad mouthing nor has she played any hand of back biting or bad mouthing. That speaks more to her integrity.

I just can't believe that the admin at the other board would even allow this kind of stuff. They are way too big and I thought, professional for this. What a fire, what a stir.

Honey, even though I read these when they were posted, I'd have to agree with your comment above. I overlooked them at the time, and let others answer, however, I think I did answer the one about the small number of people responding to the class action law suit. When comments come in like the ones on the above threads, I just kinda try to bypass them until I feel they are in support of the cause here. After going back and reading them, one after the other, I do kinda get the feeling they were not ment in a supportive way but in a "give me some info on what is going on" type of way. I'm sorry to the poster if this offends. It is not ment to and maybe it is just they way she asks her questions? I don't know but I have to admit I'm a little bit suspicious.
