She knows only that Kimmer's partner's hubby (the enemy) hired a P.I. who CLAIMS that they are one and the same. Pretty soon it degenerates into a he said, she said, and the viewers are confused. Unless she was served as a principal of the company, TT can disavow any knowledge of a lawsuit. (Purloined knowledge can't be as easily proved, and a stout lie can stymie lines of investigation.) By the same token, both TT and SL know "nothing" about Russian brides, and those fakes that disappeared were merely some general site cleanup and realignment.
Some troublemakers were banned, but that's because of member complaints and blatant violation of TOS. (IOW, TT says - Prove it!)
Then,too, there's always an element of surprise that things don't go the way ANYONE expects or can predict. And that's why I hope someone takes pity on me and posts portions to Youtube.

Just a lurker popping in, have been following the Kimmer debacle from the sidelines. I saw the beginning of this thread regarding the letter from "Dr. Mark" and I popped over to the Florida Medical Board website to check his license (I'm a legal assistant and we do these checks all the time). On that website, you will see that "Dr. Mark" has a license for massage therapy and acupuncture. That's it. I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but I thought that would shed some light on this person's medical expertise.

It worked!!! Look around his head, the outline of his shirt, the v in his shirt at his neck and his right ear (left side) how the dark (hair?) goes over his ear but like a mistake, not like hair. What do you think?
ps. look at the shirt on his right shoulder (left) how it's in stripes like it was stamped.

OK, now that it's greatly enlarged, I can see ... something. Not knowledgeable enough to say what it represents. And I thought I saw something under the eyes. Still, if it has been altered, it was well done. Gosh, Heidi's "After" Genius just keeps improving.

Not to mention the eyes being different colors, the lines going through the eyes and down the face, the weird blocks of color on the face.

Well, TT and SL can sit there all they want and disavow to high heaven, but Deni and Christin have provided the producers with proof of these things (proof really exists, you know?) and I think the only thing TT and SL can do is sit there and claim to have no knowledge of it. That does not mean it doesn't exist, and has been well documented in a court case that exists and can be accessed through public records. It all depends on whether or not the producers want to turn it into a "she said/she said", or do they want to give the viewers the tools to investigate these things.

In my case, the onus is on TT to prove that I did anything to cause her to ban me. I want to know the date and time, and the infraction. And to claim that what I said here was a TOS violation over there, good luck with that one, TT!! So she can go on TV and prove why or how members who hadn't posted over there for a long time can commit a TOS violation. That is HERS to prove, not mine. My user name over there is the same as it is here. I give Deni and Christin my permission to specifically ask her what I did.

That just may be because it's enlarged so much. I just realized the stripes on the shirt are on both sides so maybe that's just the design of the shirt. I don't know if those squiggly things around his head and shirt are normal but the ear looks really messed up to me.

The only question the show needs to ask is "Where and who is Kimmer". If the diet was based on her spectacular results why is she not stepping forward to defend herself and show once and for all she did lose the weight.

And we all know the answer to that one. Wonder how trippy plans on handling that?

Honestly the only thing any of the current KK members have to ask in all of this is where is a real before and after of their fearless leader, the one and only Kimmer.

I doubt they are stupid enough to show up for this. No one is that dumb are they??

I took the two pictures and put them into my Photoshop program just now. I easily made the heavy guy into the thin guy. Then, all you have to do is erase some things and clone some things. They just didn't do a very good job of it. It's easy to change his complexion color, etc. It is very obvious that this guy could not have posed in the exact same position.

We should know more about what his license covers as far as his scope of practice once the department of health releases their findings. His massage therapy license had lapsed, but he is a licensed acupuncturist.

I think I will be embarrassed for Tippy on Monday! I am glad I am taping it because I tend to change the channel when I become "uncomfortable" for people. I get embarrassed for them. I mentioned this oddity of mine before, but others seem to have it too, so who will be embarrassed for Tippy?

I also think it is Kimmer getting away with not being in the hot seat, yet again. She has ALWAYS let others fight her battles. Whether it was her supporters her at LCF, members from kimkins posting on blogs to defend her or coming here to defend her or even Jimmy defending her.

I do not know if anything close to that would happen as you increased the size of the picture or decreased the resolution????

I agree with you Rebel. With my experience with photoshop it is very possible to make all those changes. It is more impossible to pose in the same exact spot.
