I have Paint Shop Pro (a much less expensive photo program) and it has a tool to make someone look thin.

Then the shadow looked correct on the after picture, to the right behind his head.
Hey, don't get me wrong I think the story is a fake but I couldn't photoshop that but I am sure others could. Can someone do my picture for me so I can use it for inspiration?
Seriously!

Here is the reply I got from my husband's cousin. I am also going to send it to my brother in England to get his opinion - (computer savy and a photographer)

"No, best I can tell they are 2 different photos, probably taken several months or even years apart. Notice the hair differences, especially at the edges. The door in the background could have been edited out, of course. Also notice the shirt, the style of which is different from the other. Yes, the color could have been changed by the program, but the wrinkles and shapes probably could not be edited. I really am not an expert on such things. Computers can do so much today, it could be an altered photo, but…."

The sideburn is exactly the same too....as are the position of the eyes, pupils, identical raising of the left eyebrow, shape of the lips, tilt of the head, slope of the right shoulder, same where the earlobe meets the neck. Although the shirt was tinkered with, where the "V" ends its the same. The same amount of collar peeking up over the side of his neck. I vote for photo-shopped.

ETA, Juliet put a lot of emphasis on the word "scams". If that tells you anything, it tells you that things are not looking good for the KK spokesholes.
That's what I was saying, what is TypoTippy going to say? Look at these FAKE pictures, they lost their weight.

Juliet- But they do not look like the person in the before, please explain

Typotippy- I swear it's them, they are thinner see?

I am not convinced that it was photoshopped. I have been to several photoshop seminars by a renowned photoshop expert and there is a lot you can do to a photo, but I don't think they can do as much as it shows in these photos.

That being said, how do we know these are actually pictures of the person who posted?

The first picture doesn't look like a guy over 300 lbs either, but then I have seen many face shots on this bulletin board where I didn't think the person looked anywhere near the weight they claimed (they looked thinner) So it's hard to tell by one's face.

Yes you can take out wrinkles with photoshop, there isn't much you can't do. I have helped edit a calendar we put out for charity each year. We had to take out wrinkles in one persons outfit.

Nady, I remember when that came out, and my mother and her friends whispering about it but hiding it from us...being the resourceful little brats we were, we found it. Oh, well...she sure wasn't worried enough about it to toss the darn thing out!

Most of those "wow" photos you get in your email are photoshopped.....y'know like the ones with the soccer players BITS hanging out of their shorts and etc....
Ummm.......can you add me to your email list?

Here is another idea: Maybe the After picture is really the Before pic.

"I see, you were trying to figure out if this guy really lost enough weight to look like the photo on the right. Now, of course, anyone can put the words Before and After on a photo. It would have been easy to switch them. Photos are easily manipulated in that way. In other words, it’s entirely possible the photo on the left is how the guy looks now. It may be several years since the photo on right was taken.

Dated photos can’t even be completely trusted because digital cameras can print the wrong date. The camera owner can set it at any date. Photos just don’t work for diets, do they? "

Wow that's good to know! I'll let Mike know. I don't think he's that knowledgeable in Photoshop..... I really think the "Before" pic is the "After" pic .... if it is not photoshopped.

Heres what I am wondering...If we saw this picture and as soon as it was posted over here we saw it for the fake that it obviously is, how come no one over there is questioning it?

How come TT doesn't immediately realize it and question it? And I don't for one second think its because she knows its heidi. I think there are many secrets that are kept over there from her. She probably doesn't even know that Gary the admin is a sockpuppet. Is he still there?

Oh, I'd bet $59.95 that it's photoshopped! It's almost impossible to take pics months apart and have the exact same pose.

Oh, I know exactly what Typotippy is going to say. Any idiot and their brother can lose weight when they barely eat, so there's no trick there. I was trying to communicate that I think the "spin" the producers will put on this program is to emphasize the "scam" part of the plans they are going to discuss.

People see what they want to see, I guess.

I can just hear Kimmer now... 'First they moaned and groaned because all my fake before and after photos didn't look enough alike, and now they look too much alike!? What will it take so shut these ducks up????"
