That may be the catalyst for TT and SL to do the show, in hopes that at least the name kimkins will get attention, good or bad!

To my knowledge the atty has not replied, but I think McLurky was going to try to contact her as well, so you may want to pm her.
I wonder if she got her money back.

You are right ..... once a member has paid their $ that's it. TT, being Heidi's PR employee, has to get busy marketing the KK site. What better way - travel to NY. I still can't believe she would subject herself to that in front of millions of viewers - much less the TV producers. I still think she is spoofing! No one with an ounce of brain matter would undertake this.

All this doom and gloom for Heidi/(aka Kimmer)/TT/SL - here's some good news for you. I don't know your birthdays - but you can just search under your sun sign:

Lucky Jupiter in Capricorn - What does it mean for you?

On December 1st, Jupiter, the planet of good luck, moves out of the sign of fiery Sagittarius and into earthy Capricorn. Jupiter, is said to bring luck, abundance and opportunities. The real benefit of astrology is using it as a tool to alert us of opportunity times so we can prepare and act on them.

Here is brief synopsis on how Jupiter's transit in Capricorn will affect us, based on our sun signs. If you know your rising sign, please read that forecast too.

Aries - Jupiter bestows blessings in the area of career and work. You can achieve a great deal in the new year if you are willing to work hard. More than one option may be available to you. Some Rams may find their dream job.

Taurus - This is the best year in over twelve years to travel; especially to foreign countries. I personally know a Taurus who is traveling to Italy and Greece in 2008. It is also a fine time to return to college and pursue educational goals.

Gemini - You will receive many benefits from other people in the coming year. You also get a chance to pay down debt, snag some great bargains, receive inheritances, bonuses, etc. This is one of your "money years" but that cash is likely to come from other sources, rather than work.

Cancer - Jupiter brings in wonderful relationships and happiness in current ones. Many Crabs will meet their soul mate. Some will marry. Others will form beneficial business partnerships. Legal matters go well also.

Leo - You will enjoy many of your co-workers. If you work in a health or service industry, your job will grow. The Lion's health should be good. Some Leos will get a new pet. Others may see the return of an old flame.

Virgo- This is a wonderful year for relationships with your children if you have any. It is also a good year to expand the family. You could be lucky at the casino or if you play games of chance. New love affairs are highlighted. Many Virgo will take up a new hobby which they will enjoy immensely.

Libra - Real estate matters tend to go rather well this year. If you are looking to buy, sell, rent, remodel, move or even purchase a vacation home, your chances are very favorable for doing so. Family matters tend to go well.

Scorpio - The year ahead favors short trips, communications and the purchase of a new vehicle. Some Scorpio will welcome new neighbors. Others will improve sibling relationships that are strained.

Sagittarius - This is the Archer's big money year. Jupiter will help increase the cash flow. Sag could also be spending a lot of money but overall the financial picture should brighten.

Capricorn - Thanks to Jupiter's visit in their sign, Capricorns will be the luckiest of all signs. This is your year to shine! Many blessings will come your way. Be careful of weight gain because while Jupiter expands your horizons it can also expand your waistline!

Aquarius - Good karma is coming your way. All of your good deeds will be rewarded. People from the past will come back into your life (that you will be pleased to see!). It's as if you have an extra guardian angel on your shoulder in the year ahead!

Pisces - It's who you know that will help you get ahead in the game of life this year. With Jupiter moving through the friendship sector of your solar chart, many blessings come from your social contacts. At least one of your fondest hopes or wishes stand a good chance of coming true.

Jupiter comes around to visit each sign about every twelve years so this is a big deal! In 2009, Aquarians will enjoy Jupiter's stay. Then Pisces in 2010, Aries in 2011 and so on.

Thanks HoneyBee!

I have a feeling Cheryl might be right about the refund. *sigh* I should have thrown my esq around too. But at least the class action goes forward. So two more days for Heidi to try some delaying tactics, right?

So all along you were "lurking" when we were interviewing all the attorneys on this site? Now your secret is out ..... we'll be calling on you for advice in the near future.

Thank you. Does it run if it gets wet?

My huband tore his crashing his motorcycle in the Navy and they did surgery but this was back in 1970s.
Sorry for the thread jack gals.

We do realize this may not be pretty. But it is going to be a lot better than if the opposition had just snuck past us and surprised us later, afterwards with it which is what they tried to do. We have proof of that. In fact, without saying too much, we have proof of a lot of things... And if you have info for us too that you feel is important just PM me.

Show will be taped on Monday instead.

Thanks everyone for your terrific support! We will be getting back shortly for info on how to get your stories and pics to the show. I will speak with the producer today. He may want you to send them to him but again, I'll know more very soon and will be back to post then.

Have I mentioned lately how proud I am of all of you and how happy I am to be here?
She cracks me up!! How more out in the open could this forum, the blogs, etc, be?
I still think it's awesome that they're actually advertising to the members over there so they watch. I hope it's a huge eye opener.
oh, and Tippy. Have a lovely trip.

And I would call into question the use of "controversy" in that kimpound post above - like its just some people that disagree and are disgruntled - not an outright fraud that has been committed.
I wonder if the people from Atkins know of the monday show and would be interested in speaking out about KK using their plan as part of their own.

I would love for them to be on the show to talk about the whole name-trademark issue.

I have sent so many emails to them with things from the kimpound that are being said about doing atkins and all I have received back is numerous form emails saying they are aware of it and looking into it. I finally sent one the other day that said When are you going to do something about it? They haven't responded to that one yet.
