It appears that there has been a constant stream of this kind of action since the late 1990's with her. The spousal support for her, the child support, the visitation fights etc. I guess I am not used to seeing all this.

The small claims court stuff too.

The original child support was more than double that and a percentage of his income over a certain level as well. I guess in Ca dollars it is not that high and not part of her scam so perhaps shouldnt be here?

I just thought it shows a pattern of her behaviour.

How many people do you know that have so many judgements against them in small claims courts for unpaid bills??

I think it does show how deceptive she is and how she has a habit of running out on stuff and has no regard for the law....she is truly an evil woman. I too feel sorry for Brandon but my bet is, he has now clue. I bet he has been able to just do whatever he wants to do whenever he wants to. what more can a kid as for?

I knew what she likely meant, too. People often don't sound like they really look - and she doesn't, that's for sure.

It certainly looks that way from the info. And I really do believe he is in fairly deep with the kk scam. I also fear Heidi will use him as a scapegoat. Growing up with that example is child abuse. It just keeps unraveling and when you pull a thread you loosen three more.

I'm so mad at this woman. I joined KK in March this year, but then put the whole weight thing on hold because of other issues in my life. Anyways, I never even started the diet (lucky me) because my plan was to do Atkins until I stalled, which we all know would be 4 days with no weight loss.

It's not about the $60, it's about the LIES!! How can some people still defend her? Who cares if she is STILL FAT? I DO!!!! And why are they even trying to deny what she said? It's there for the whole world to see!

So i've been eating 1 oz of chicken breast each day for the past 3 days at lunch time, and that's ALL i've been having. Starting yesterday, and now today every time I stand up i get super dizzy and feel like i'll pass out.
What should I do? I don't want to eat, I don't want to add calories, I don't want to gain any weight back. I've been doing really good. ???

And this is her answer:

You're supposed to lose your appetite! That's the wonder of ketosis! Now you understand why I was forcing myself to reach a minimum 70-90 grams of protein during my weight loss phase -- although now I wouldn't force myself at all.

You're not ill from low calories. Whatever calories your body "needs" it's taking from body fat. This is how we lose weight. See this blog article on "Are you afraid to lose fast?"

There are others where she is lavishly praising somebody's Fitday, when you check it out they're eating something like 250 calories per day.

Does she think she can just with it away, or what?

That is why they call radio the "ageless medium". Most people don't "sound" like they "look". We get used to seeing people on TV and hearing their voices at the same time and forget that those we hear on the radio may not look at all like we think they do.

Because you know there is no way that woman sits in front of the computer for 10 years, since that is how long she says she has been at this, and doesn't learn a thing or two about computers.

If she was only on the computer 335 days a year, for only 6 hours a day for 10 years she would have 20,100 hours of on-line time under her belt. Now I was conservative on the number of hours a day she was on the computer at 6 hours only. The PI said 8-10 hours I believe in his report, but I am using a decreased number of hours to account for any Captain Morgan binges and court/arrests. I also factored in 30 days off a year.
So 20,100 hours on the computer and she hasn't learned how to do a few things on the computer. Pleeeeease Kimmer spare your breath!

She probably didn't bat an eyelash when she got served her summons, to quote Carolyn, "I bet Heidi used the summons as a napkin for her sugar cookie."
But methinks Brandon has been a bad bad boy and should have a lot to say.
