Since Kimmer has always done a play on words or had some reasoning behind her aliases and her screen names I believe I know her impetus in using the name
HALCYON WEB as the name of "company"

HALCYON sounds like the drug that is spelled HALCION

Now this is my speculation as to where it could have some meaning to Heidi Diaz.
Halcion is in the class of drugs known as benzodiazpines. Its approved indication is a sleep aid. However, it is often used as a drug to treat Tardive dyskinesia (TD). TD is a disorder characterized by involuntary movements most often effecting the mouth, lips, tongue and less frequently the arms or legs.
Tardive Dyskinesia is a common side effect seen in the use of antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of Schizophrenia. Approximately 20% of the patients that have taken the older typical antipsychotic drugs for many years will have TD.

Given Heidi's history and behavior I think it would be a good guess that she has probably taken Halcion for its off label use!

Yes, it was SMP. Now I can scratch that off my list. It was slotted to do right after preparing and eating our thanksgiving dinner. I imagine the tryptophan laden meal would make for a difficult time keeping my eyes open to browse the internet. SO thank goodness!

Yes. It appears from the information posted, regarding a refund, that Heidi filed for a LLC under the name Halcyon Web.

She can file under a fictitious name if she files a DBA and in California it has to be in the local newspapers for a period of time to notify the public.

That is why Kat when I searched the LLC license in California I wasn't getting anything, but Jayed was looking at DBA's but then the deposition was done and it was thought that all that information was gathered then.

Just to note this case shows as ongoing with a future date of Dec 18 07 and this appears to be a reduction in the last child support order against dad but there are a lot of court records about this divorce. Heidi either changes lawyers each hearing or represents herself or gets a continuation.

Does anyone know how to read these better than I do? It appears to me to be a huge waste of court resources by Heidi but I dont want to be too quick to judge. I strongly support child support by both parents in the best interest of any and all children.

Heidi also received spousal support and again I just did a fast skim but it appears hector is trying to have it reduced now or eliminated. Maybe he heard a rumour she had a paypal account?
