You know, I just listened to that Liar Kimmer on the Jimmy Moore show again...and it is even more clear to me that she is sick, sick sick in the head! Im posting this in the event that any KK lurkers have not heard this psycho womans recorded tape. All you have to do it listen to this and you know what a scammer she is.

what is a LLC? wasn't the PI pic at the end of Aug and she did this in Sept?

Lurker here, guys. I do very little posting, but have been keeping up with everything as well as I can (joined Kimkins in June 2007). For my refund I also got a "payment" (with a fee from paypal taken out of it) from Halcyon Web LLC. It didn't give me the option of accepting or not. I'm not at all happy with having part of my "refund" go to paypal for fees. That's her responsibility, not mine. Anyone else had this happen?

Mine was also a "payment" versus "refund", with a fee of just under $2. This psycho really thinks she's quite clever, "sticking it to us" for the PayPal fee.

An LLC is a limited liability company (NOT a corporation, and an LLC cannot imply or state they they ARE a corporation). It's an affordable way to get a legal layer of protection for your personal assets when you operate a company. I own an LLC, I paid my attorney about $500 and pay my state $25 every 2 years for my DBA (ficticious name registration). You can also register an LLC online, yourself, in a variety of states, even a state in which you don't live.

WW has received a lot of complaints about their actions in helping to build the Kimpire to what it is today. They still haven't come clean about it, and I wonder what their strategy is. It certainly isn't making them look very good.

Anybody remember Sugarfree Sheila (Sheila Pike-Pereya)? On rereading parts of her history, I was stunned to find she was treated as a commodity, that her low-carb experiences were changed to low-fat, and similar editorial license taken with many of her comments by Shape magazine. And Shape is supposed to be one of the better exercise and diet magazines!

Now I'm beginning to realize that magazine exposure isn't necessarily the truth, the whole truth, and anything resembling the truth. Guess that'll teach us, huh?!

Won't protect her ...... you can't scam people and then run and apply for an LLC...... She can't hide behind the "corporate veil"

especially when a scam was involved. Nope - won't work!

Trying to catch-up here, but that may be futile!

Anyways, I wanted to share with you all (and I really hope Hidey and TT are reading this) I've OFFICIALLY lost 50 lbs. as of today and most of that was not by doing KK's!

The hair loss and the dizzy spells stopped when I started eating 1200 or so calories consistently, too. I think taking Biotin, EFA's and lecithin are helping with the hair loss and look of the hair I didn't lose. Too strict dieting can cause some real hair issues!

Anyway, it's possible (as many of you know) to lose weight LC'ing and keep it sane and healthy. Thanks to all of you who've been so diligent in seeing that the Kimpire comes tumbling down. God bless ya!

I dont know why when I approach the Holidays, it seems so hard to low carb. Im not even a sweet eater. I want to get low carb into my brain as an absolute HABIT. Something that I simply 'do'...not something to hop on and off. It is reading about success like yours that keeps me motivated!

I just signed up for a Google Alert for Kimkins so I won't miss a new scamming artical that
is written..

WW really should do a huge artical on Diet Scams..However, alot of their advertising comes from those diet drugs and I'm sure they wouldn't want to lose any business..

Plus someone mentioned that the Mike and Juliet show are continuing their investigation on diet scams tomorrow..Hope they comment on the "other" show and all the "mail" they got from US..LOLOL I'll be watching just in case..How about the rest of you?

You should be able to send the "payment" back. Click on details, at the bottom of the page it has a link to refund, the fees will be refunded also. Or just use the money to sign up with KK again as a different user (just kidding)

somebody needs to tell these people that the controversy started BEFORE people found out Heidi did not lose the weight! Makes me mad. They sould have the health problems and the hair loss.
