Hi Diana- Yes it was in the health-wellness, but Mariasol also saw that it was posted in ALL forums. I checked last night and most didn't have responses but TT did post it in all forums like Mariasol said. There are a couple that have replies here is what someone posted after that post of TT's

I don't have before and after photos unfortunately (and I'm not really at after yet) but I'd be happy to submit my experience thus far. Going to New York from British Columbia on short notice is impossible (even if I was willing to stand in front of a camera).

The diet is no scam - it's a perfectly valid and useful diet that is working well for many of us. Like any diet, it can be abused and misused but I think the majority of us are sensible enough to use the diet in a healthy way. Personally, I am not now and have never been "starving" and am in no danger of suffering from malnutrition. And the on-line community is still great despite the problems created by the intrusion of the "controversy". I still have no doubt that my $60.00 was well spent.

For those in the Pacific Northwest - this show will air on KCPQ - Q13 Fox - Seattle/Tacoma. It shows up in Victoria on Shaw Cable Channel 15 if there's anybody else here. Time is 9:00a.m. PST. It seems the segment including Kimkins will now be Monday but the show lists "diet scams" in the content for Friday so might be a lead-in then?

My opinion is that the KK/Heidi people didn't play FAIR with us (banned with no refunds)! Heidi didn't play FAIR with us when she lied about her weight/pictures. Heidi didn't play FAIR with us when she posted false success stories/pictures. She didn't play FAIR with us when she accepted the fund raising money for foster children she didn't have.

I don't see how you can separate the diet out from the controversy - the diet is tied to the controversy!!! In fact what they are doing now isn't Kimkins, its' basically a modified Atkins plan that is "NOT KIMKINS" because as we all know if you tweak it "IT'S NOT KIMKINS"

And I would call into question the use of "controversy" in that kimpound post above - like its just some people that disagree and are disgruntled - not an outright fraud that has been committed.

Can anyone tell me how ANYONE can be so blind? I just don't get them at all, and I guess that's a good thing. Maybe why I never believed Heidi years ago.

NO ONE denies that peeps lose weight on KK..It's a starvation diet. The fact that Kimmer was a fraud, faked the before/after shots, etc., etc., is the point here. Even 800 calories is a starvation diet according to nutritionists the world around and many people have suffered health issues while losing weight. It's really NOT about Tippy..(cuz Tippy never did the plan full-out, so her being there is ridiculous and I don't think Singinglass is at goal at all)...It's about Kimmer and fraud. Tippy can stand on her head and spit wooden nickels, but she is irrelevant. Kimmer committed fraud...that's the bottom line.

Smart people GET what it's all about. Dumb people and/or scam artists don't (sorry Tippy, you get a double dip on that one). I have a feeling the judge in the case will be "smart".

And for the record, I don't think Tippy is going there to prove that the plan works. I think she is going there to defend what cannot be defended - out and out lies and fraud.

Ok, girlies calling all Negative Nancies, Nancy Drews, Ducks, Amys, or those curious by nature; here is one that everyone can reflect back on and see if they have contact from this email or maybe even provide some sleuthing help now.

1) When trying to round up Heidi's aliases it was noted that Heidi had once used the email momsbabe88@sbcglobal.net and also momsbabe88@aol.com
I tried to find anything on these emails and I could not....maybe you can?

2) But then I thought "What If" (see SMP it never stops

) she used momsbabe88 as a screen name....So I did a search of momsbabe88 and found where she apparently registered on a low carb forum but I could not find any posts. Maybe you have to register there to read and that may have been all she did. lowcarbonostra

3) Then a search of just 'babe88', not by me but another curious mind, turned up a "babe88" who enjoys dishing out all sorts of advice Yahoo Answers, especially when the questions are about weightloss, health, and the California legal system. Coincidence? yahoo answers

Another thing to note is 88, would this be the year Brandon was born and thus account for the symbolism of 88. I wonder if this is where Noelle88 came from as one of Kimmer's screen names. But more pieces that go together in my mind.

So if anyone finds anything of use post it so we can share, but I thought it may be worth looking around to see what it digs up.

Hi Mariasol- It is a different blog. TT had a blog before Kimkins apparently, that had a recipe and her talking about being in Florida.

No, I THINK she is going there to prove the diet works. Well, duh! Starvation always works! She wants the success stories to prove that people have lost weight..That's NOT the point at all..Plus she might be going on there for PR purposes.

If she can produce a Kimmer who has weighed 118 for 5-6 years, and all those Russian brides/grooms saying that they all lost weight on Kimkins, then we should all be concerned..But we all KNOW that that is NOT going to happen. Maybe they will plead the 5th!!!

She will look like an idiot because she followed a scam artist..What part of that doesn't she understand??? It baffles my mind.

It must not matter because I am looking at the notification of her email change and it is lower case on both. But a good point, because it can matter in some cases. Thanks

yep, that was her original email addy that brandon set up for her. case shouldn't matter in usage.
