Wouldn't it be a hoot if someone on KK started sutlely toting their own diet plan, gained a following and started their own website.

ETA okay, it seemed really funny in my mind, some things should be kept to ourselves.

It's funny that you just posted that. Because, I was just thinking that there seems to be SO many Puppets, Plants, whatever you want to call it over there right now that I can't tell whose legit and who isn't. It's So hard to tell.
I have noticed however, that there are several who seem to be giving a lot of advice to those asking questions. And the advice is not quite the norm (if you will) But, always stated with such conviction!. Like I said, can't tell if these posters are real or just another Kimmer (trying not to be Kimmer). It almost seems that Kimmer wants everyone to think that she's on the boards for help now - but there is always "someone" (Hi Kimmer ) right there ready to give her/them their advice. Maybe it's just a matter of time before we see a Zimmer or Bimmer or Dimmer etc.. (you know what I mean)

Okay - I think this is proof enough that one of Kimmer's newest photos has been altered...(hopefully someone can post both photos side by side for me cos I don't know how to do it...).

Note the front edge of the shirt. In the front-on picture the whole bottom edge of the shirt is in line with the green bracelet. However, in the side view picture, the bottom of the shirt (at the front) only extends down to a point about half way between elbow and bracelet.

There's just no explanation for that other than alteration!!!

I mentioned the shirt thing, too, a few pages ago. That is a very telling detail!

I've been doing Kimkins for about a week & a half now, and have lost 8.5 pounds. I still have quite a few more to go, but it's a start. However, I'm leaving for a trip to Mexico on December 1, and I would like to lose 10 more by then. Do you think that would be possible, or am I making unattainable goals? I'm just doing the regular Kimkins diet, and haven't cheated or anything at all.

Maybe I should try boot camp to speed up results? Any input would be fantastic.

My two cents:

If your weight slows down switch from K/E to the shake plan. One Eas for breakfast, another for lunch, hard boiled eggs between and a lean protein dinner with an allowed veggie.

Sometimes switching up keeps it going in the right direction. Of course I have seen many people do K/E only and never stall so you will just have to watch the scales.
Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable

Let me get this straight. TT is telling this person to have one of the "allowed" vegetables once a day. Didn't she make some snotty comment on the M&J Show about having 2 cups of salad twice a day?

ETA: Here it is! TT's actual statement from the program straight from the transcript:

TT: "Plans have four servings of vegetables a day. Even the boot camp plan. Two cups of salad with lunch, two cups of salad with dinner. What’s wrong with that?" [done with a very snotty tone of voice]

Thanks Cjane - didn't realise it had already been picked up. If I had the ability to post at kimkins I'd be plastering this everywhere as proof that even when she comes clean - she still can't actually be honest with her followers!

Yes, I can imagine it must be easier to duplicate the black pants instead of the multi-colored patterned shirt when trying to manipulate the image.
I bet that will teach Kimmer to wear prints when doing photos. Wanna bet she goes for solid colored tops from now on?

OT: BTW, gang, for those of you so inclined to do so, please say a prayer for my mother. She was admitted to the hospital yesterday morning as she's possibly had a stroke. I've been at the hospital for most of the afternoon/early evening, and will be back there tomorrow.

CJane, I'm sorry to hear about your mother's hospitalization.

Regarding the "new" picture of "Kimmer" (putting in quotes because with her, you never really know whose picture she is pawning off as herself), has anyone noticed that swath of lighter shaded pixels down the front of the frontal view picture? It's quite noticeable. Can one of you who works with these programs explain that?

I agree. I'm *very* overweight, and can lose 20+ lbs in a matter of days if I try hard enough - no one would notice though. I'd have to lose 60+ lbs for it to show.
