Ketosis, I think that's already been done to be honest. From what others on the kk site have said they were getting unsolicited emails about the lawsuit, which led me to believe that someone has a master list and is informing people.

But they are pretty much 20# apart give or take and I do not see any "drastic" difference ........

I agree with you ... and it wouldn't surprise me to hear she was in the low 300's. I don't remember how tall she said she was - so if she is short maybe that is why she looks heavier. I know that when I weighed 183# - 5'7.5" I hid my weight pretty well - or at least I thought so. My husband will tell you differently.

You crack me up Cheryl Well I think our body types are different. I carry most of my weight in my thighs, hence my repeated comments that I look like an oompa loompa. But I look rather trim when I'm 180-190. I will say this as well, when I was a kid batteling anna, I looked DISGUSTING. I was 118 lbs at my lowest and that ended me up in the hospital. I was drawn, bones sticking out everywhere and my head looked too big for my body. So I'm one of those women comfortable with some curves now, and that's the reason I think she's pushing high 2's.

ETA: My avi is my pretty dd, she's 160 right now, that's after she just lost 30lbs doing this diet. However, she's also 5'11. But still, she carried her weight very well too. She has legs that go for days so most of her weight was in her tummy, that's gone now, after simply following atkins with her mama

I had my Kimkins lawsuit Afidadavit notarized today and then I went by the post office to mail it to John Tiedt. I noticed somewhere that Heidi/Kimmer was quoted as saying she was "judgement proof". Oh really...? Hmmm.... Well, I guess there's only one way to find out, isn't there?

Which picture are (collective) you looking at to speculate? The surveilance video pics look like 300+ to me, but her 'enhanced' before pic on the website looks much less.

Ok, so IF the "current" picture is NOT photoshopped,
and she actually is currently at 294 lbs.,
perhaps she's HAS lost more than 23 lbs.,
and she's just fudging on her starting weight?

Could she have been heavier than 317 in those PI photos?

Perhaps she really IS doing the Kimkins Diet for the first time?

Or...

What if she realized that all this was upcoming and she had WLS?

Easy, you must have missed the fun we had with that comment back when this began. After notifying her student loan company about her comments and her new found riches, they took the ball and ran with it and sued her for her past due student loans

I just wanted to show that there is no major change till about 40 pounds...I mean subtle things yes but even at a 40 pound loss , I didn't lose my tummy and such, not like the Kimmer/Heidi pics

Also FYI I'm 5'2" and have a lrg frame. I went from 24/26 to 18/20. I personally don't think Kimmer's pic reflects a 23# loss....

The one from her site now. However I thought Carolyn was saying that the real pic, the one the poster who's name I can't remember but who I think rocks none the less smooshed down with her before and lined up all the points to show it was stretched. Lord, I am hyped up on caffine, and I don't know if that made sense or not...sorry.

ETA: Kali, I'm sorry, I meant to say 4 posts back that you look great and you can tell that you are losing. And thank you for that comparison, you are correct, there's no way kimmer could have slimmed her tummy and hiney that much by losing 23 lbs. Thank you for taking one for the team

Kaligurl you look awesome and keep up the great work! Thanks for posting your pics here for us. I really notice a big difference between your first and third pics.

Heidi opens her mouth and lies come out. That latest pic of her is altered and I highly doubt she is doing her own diet. I do not believe she lost all the weight she claims doing her "experiment" which was the precursor of "Kimkins". I think she struggled all her life and perhaps lost here and there but not in the last 20 or 25 years. That white dress pic she used as her "after" pic in her avi here was probably the very last time she lost any substantial amount of weight.

She has continued to gain even as she got nastier and more bully like on this board and then on her own. She will not lose any now and again I do not for a second believe she is even doing her own diet. She is spewing out the lines she figures she needs to use to keep her empire intact and rebuild it.

If you go over all of the history of this woman it just keeps pointing to scam after scam and you cannot believe anything she says. She is more careless now and getting tripped up in her lies because so many eyes and brains are following her every move but she still figures she can skate over the naysayers and discredit us because it has always worked in the past.

Terrific progress Kali! You make me want to get serious about continuing this weightloss. Im actually thinking of cooking 2 turkeys and boning one out to freeze in portions. Thanks for posting!

They're not embarrassing at all...and yeah...I see a pretty big difference from your first series to your last. You can definitely see the weight loss. You're very pretty.

Susie, I bought 4 turkeys stateside at 59 cents a lb (2 @ 2 trips for 2 people. It helps to live near the border.) We've been eating turkey for several days, I have half a large cooked turkey boob in the freezer for a couple more meals. Tonight we had turkey stew with coconut flour dumplings, stolen off the Main Lobby last night. First bread-like material I've had in months. Boy, was it good. Only 3 turkeys to go, and I might snaffle another couple while they are still on sale. Will I resemble Kimmer's photoshopped "After?" No, since I resemble her original "Before', but I'm thinking to be a bit more adventurous in my cooking. And I just bought a Nordic Flexgold w/o any instructions. Who knows? I might end up looking like Kali, only older, greyer, and more wrinkly. It'd still be an improvement.

I was going to go back on Kimkins and just up the fat and calories...staying at around 800 calories because I knew it worked...I never knew the symptoms I had experienced was caused by the diet itself. If I didn't come aross this forum and this particular thread...I might have started heading towards serious health problems! I thank you all for speaking up and voicing your experiences on here....for your undying dedication to seeing that Kimkins diet and the harm it causes is brought the attention it needs! I thank the ex admin (Becky,Cristin and Deni) for the strength to stand up for what they believed in and the courage to withstand all the attention and scrutiny that came to follow. Thank you some much to everyone...I feel God is using you all the stand up for those of who just don't have the strength or perserverence to fight the great fight. May he less ebery one of you!!
