there was a post where Kimmer asked Heather about the background and Heather told her what it was or how to do it, I can't remember the details but she did say she liked it.

Brian & Heather sent update photos ... man you guys are fast! Heather, dorky question if you don't mind. I love the wall you're photographed against. Is that a faux finish? If so, would you share your secret?

Not a dorky question at all Kimmer. The wall behind me is faux finished. Just two different shades of taupe. Lighter _base_ coat with a darker color "painted" on the wall with an old washcloth. Cheap, quick, and easy!

Guess Kimmer really, really liked it! lol

I wondered if she would do that...grrrr I still feel it won't hurt the lawsuit. Especially if she is doing unsolicited ones now...how much deeper can she dig that hole? I'm going to go check mine!!

Thanks for posting this! Even on 'Brian's' and 'Heather's' pictures they both have electrical plates and similar markings around the plates. But then again, we are talking about the chieftess of deceit, so who really knows?!?!

There isn't a calorie limit on any Kimkins plan. I suppose Boot Camp would be the most stringent, but there's still calorie variety there, too. Calories count but we don't count calories.

Someone wrote me yesterday and said that a former admin told them to keep their calories between 500-800. Huh? I've been reading that Kimkins has a 500 calorie limit and I couldn't figure out for the life of me where that came from! Now I know.

For the Record: There is no limit with Kimkins. If the 500-800 figure was published on this site, that was an error.

On the other hand, I don't believe in the 1200 calorie minimum that floats about when people discuss diets. I don't believe in forcing ourselves to eat or picking foods to reach some "minimum".

Our focus is on nonfatty protein choices and nutrient dense leafy greens plus supplements. Take out junk and superfluous fat and weight loss is rapid.

Anyone who feels mislead because they joined because of the red dress and/or success stories which were a compilation of previous stories over the years, can certainly get a refund and we're asking that those requests by in by 11/17/07

oh my I just love the way she skims over the "limited portion" fact of Kimkins and then calls previous stated calories a mistake.
No mistake kimmer! Or the mistake is still coming out of your mouth now. Break out a calculator and figure up the calories of those limited portions on bootcamp you twit! Then the calories on the gram counts you posted on how much protein, fat and carbs one should be consuming...LIES LIES LIES!!!

She and TT are where the calorie limits came from. Do they really think that the members aren't going to remember TT stating both on the site AND tv not to go lower than 800? Or forget how low Kimmer/Heidi advised people to go? And can someone please translate this for me?

There a BUNCH of x-kimkin's dieters who signed up in June after the magazine.. never "hung out" on the boards.. and don't even know anything about the controversy. I think everyone needs to sign up for the lawsuit...if you know someone who no longer gets online but has an email addy, and did KK, tell them. It costs them nothing but their name!!
