Kimkins Fraud Email

Hi all

Just received this email from the Kimkins group and thought you may find it interesting:

To all the Kimkins followers:

I want to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your journey to a better life and taking a step towards your weight loss goals. It is with a heavy heart and much sadness that I feel I must inform you of the following.

The Kimkins diet has been proven to be a scam. Heidi Diaz AKA "Kimmer" never lost weight to begin with or if she has, she has gained it all back and does not validate the program that she has created with her own story and testimony any longer. She has been confirmed as a fraud and a con-artist.

I personally dissassociated myself with the Kimkins program back in Septmeber when I began realizing the hidden dangers that this program may promote and cause. I must ask your forgiveness now for my part in this deception. My only consolation is that I did leave when I realized the lies that I had been promoting.

In addition to the fraud, I feel I must inform you reagarding the dangers that the Kimkins diet also presents. No one should attempt a very low calorie diet such as Kimkins without a doctor's approval and supervision. There are many who are now suffering from adverse health effects from following this program exactly as written.
