Morning to all of the Amys. I just checked out FG's posts on KK. On my screen they look normal, no cut and paste or anything odd. I checked the one about the polar monitor and the one where he recommended not going below 1200 calories. Both look fine, with no changes from what I remember when he first posted the responses.

SO the certification as personal trainer is not a question or issue...good. The degree thing maybe he will comment on but I like I said before I thought he was one of the good guys so I was perplexed by the website not showing him as manager, but other articles did, then he was not listed as a trainer either, then what appeared to be changes in his credentials, and the degree changes all started to feel very Russian Bride like.

I think the fitness title was changed to reflect the higher position now, as owner/manager would rank higher than just personal trainer. Can't really comment on the degree wording, but would "assume" they used the generic "exercise science" over at kimkins.

No. I was just wondering if I had missed something. I do remember the bad grammer post from Tippy. I just know that the whole "new management" shebang is nothing but a poorly conceived diversion tactic...

Yep, those still looked ok to me too. It was the very last post I believe he made regarding the polar watch...or something to that effect that had the odd formatting. At least it still did at 4am EST. today.

You know after reading his email reply to someone who had contacted him through his myspace I believe he will be a tough one too. He seemed pretty calm and a touch confident in his situation, considering what someone had just told him in an email. I think it was exposed where I read that.
I just know if someone told me at 18 that my mother was involved in those things and I didn't know I would have been freaking out...shoot I would freak out even now. But he commented that his attorney advised him that no case had been filed, I think is how it was worded. Let me see if I can find it.

Well, Brandon reportedly went to the AG's in Cali to make a statement some time ago, so it is possible that he will come forward and at least defend himself. Then again, I could be wrong. I am unsure about whether or not Heidi will actually show up to give her deposition. Time will tell, and fortunately for us, we'll find out this week.

I'm sure there are AG's offices all over the State and Brandon lives in CA. If I had known and he had to come to Sac...I could have been outside the door!! Just 15 min away from me!! Do they have any public records? Doubt it. It is the State, lol.

I'm guessing that the KK gang knows that it can't touch that 1200 calorie post. How many screen shots of that are saved? How would that look to a judge?

When you say, not vaccinated, do you mean only for influenza they are not vaccinated or for all childhood diseases?
I know you were not supporting Dr. Mark in his post, but his audience were adults asking about preparing for the cold/cough season, not necessarily high risk adults, but adults in general. Do you find that most health care professionals will recommend the flu vaccine either nasal spray or injection to the adult population that is at high risk? Even those who feel that vaccines are not appropriate for pediatric patients?

And the Betty Boop along with everyone being named Amy is another play on the paranoia at kimkins. On the other board someone came in and commented about the discussion there and called one of the members by their screen name then added "A.K.A Amy". This was a recent event, but Kimmer has blamed Amy (cutie) for the entire slamboard blog, has called her ducky from the exposed blog and basically laid the entire destruction of the Kimkins empire in Amy's lap. We thought in celebration of the deposition day countdown that we would honor that paranoid thought to add to Kimmer's concerns. You know us negative nancies!
