Why the fascination with Kimmer? #8

I joined Kimkins the end of June, 2007 for $60. I have no complaints. I joined to get the diet plan and support, and I've gotten that.

If you are concerned about going on a low carb, low calorie, low fat diet, then you should read MY BIG FAT GREEK DIET by Dr. Nick Yphantides. He weighted 467 lbs, and then lost to 210 lbs. in less than a year on an 800-calorie-per-day liquid diet, supervised by a doctor.

Always consult your physician before beginning a diet as well as while you're on it.

I admit I'm weirdly fascinated by this and have read a lot of other info on the net about this scam and if first and second hand accounts are to be believed, Heidi Diaz is a long-time con artist and has actually served jail time already.

I know I'll probably never get my money back---just chalk it up to a lesson learned, I guess. But again, thanks to everyone who exposed this phony, liar, thief. I dearly hope she gets what's coming to her.

As for the reason of discussing Nick Clark now- I started out wanting to get a visual confirmation on if the Trainer at the Fitness together in Coconut Grove was Nick Clark since I had found information stating Nick Clark was there...(see other posts)
I had not saved the pictures from the website that had been up at kimkins and now that website no longer exist. I also didn't have pics of those he posted at Kimkins and there is not anything there now at kimkins.
I was looking for a confirmation before this trainer at Fitness Together in Coconut Grove was approached. If this was not the Fitness Guru from kimkins I didn't want it to reflect badly on the "Fitness Guru" if an email or phone call ended up going to his boss instead of him, since he does work within that company according to his info that had been on kimkins.
My point was attempting to verify that the correct person is contacted in order to prevent causing potential problems for the previous Fitness Guru.

Since all the fitness Guru went *poof* overnight it does look like something is up and with Kimkins one can never be sure exactly what.

I appreciate those who commented and gave their feedback on what they knew. I am kicking myself for not doing screen shots before!

But, Honeybee I think the guy to the right (in the group photo) of the one you have the picture of looks more like the other pictures I've seen of him (Fitness Guru). Hope that makes sense. Anyway, the first night we started talking about this guy I did a search because I live in Florida and was interested in the fact that his name came up for both Sarasota and Coconut Grove and if I remember it right, he had just moved their recently. Don't know if this helps at all but... I thought I'd put it out their for you guys. I did have both sites up that night and don't know if I have the info on the computer... but I'll see.

That would be correct....I thought it odd it wasn't there for very long. I was never able to access the link to his site that was posted when he first appeared. The only thing that came up was a generic web site page, you know one of those when a the website is no longer active.

oops, I had missed this post. Yep, those were my concerns....the missing information posts from kimkins seemed an attempt to hide his contact information. I mean all his other posts are there. Then his site goes down??? This is when the thought of contacting the person in case they wanted to comment on the situation surrounding the departure or if they had other input that may be of importance. But a confirmation of that person being the same person that had appeared on kimkins was preferred in order to not stir anything up for anyone at Fitness Together if it could be avoided.
The old contact information or old email that had been on kimkins was suspect since it was associated with Kimkins one could not be assured that Kimmer herself was not answering the email.
That is why the question of is this Fitness Guru in the picture..

well unless they had made an appointment to get the injection AFTER they were supposed to get it done. and for the most part if you get regular Testosterone. injections then you can do them at home because (like for gender reassignment you may be taking injections every week) a good friend of mine took testosterone every week and I gave it to her. looks like it burns. YUCK! And most Doctors office will not “drag” their scales around (they are not stupid people and KNOW the scales become damaged with that kind of treatment) they are in a designated spot for everyone so makes no sense to me.

depends i used to use the pulp in other juices i LOVE Oj with lots o pulp kinda stuff but now i just mix it up with my soil and "feed" it to my flowers.

Hey, Honey...you think Kimmer or TT were the FG and he found out and asked them to stop using his pic and acting like he was associated with KK? Just a thought. Hence the quick disaperance not to mention the 1200 cal comment. lol

So the question is if that is true why would Nick use Andy's picture or am I missing the mark here? To my eyes, #1 looks most like #3. The guy in #1 has a neck, #2 not so much. The eyes in #1 look more like #3 to me, too.

I'm really thinking that the only "issue" with FG is that he left KK.com over the 1200 calorie post. Whether it was voluntary or involuntary, I don't know.

I'd bet on voluntary. Seems like he's involved in a successful concern, and he's learned about the ugly underbelly of kimkins. If he was fired, I'd bet he'd not crying over it.

Kat- I posted something like that on the pics I just did and I see you thought that could have been likely. See I am not sure. That is why I was trying to dig and find out what I could but I hit a wall when it came to the pics from Kimkins because I can't find where I made any copies. But the copy that wacky posted has me confused as to who is who....hmmm...
I would write it off as hey we all look different in photos, but why the name Andy instead of Nick and why no picture of a Nick if Nick is there like he said?

Thanks....I can go with that picture could be #3 but then why is Andy shown as manager and no picture of Nick on the website page, but then he is listed as manager in a press release and says he is on the kimkins website...
Maybe no biggie and if it is Nick at that location then maybe he will comment and on the situation.

Are they brothers? The fitness together site has the bios of the trainers. FG said in one of his posts that he was a trainer but had moved into managing, right? So that might account for him not being on the trainer page.

I guess I just don't understand the interest. It has been confirmed on one of the blogs that he's no longer associated with kimkins. Isn't that enough?

I'm not trying to be argumentative. I just don't see the relevance of any further inquiry.

When I posted the picts there was the first link and I just copied the one picture for comparison. I assumed the Guy on the site (to the right of the group picture) was thought to be Nick, But then other posters came across the names Andy and Nick along with some other links. So...that is all to say of the two pics I posted....I think the first (B/W from KK site) may be Nick and the second (color pic from fitness website) is Andy.
Clear as mud right??
