This doesn't say anything about her having to give John any deposition. are there more papers?

Sorry 2b4ms maybe I didn't explain that exactly correct. Kimmer only has until Nov.1st because of the deposition date set by judge when he made the case a fast track case. Normally, one has 30 days from the date they are served the summons. But due to this being a fast track case the Nov 1st date stands.
In that image it reads that if she does not file a response on time, which I think would be that Nov. 1st date, she can lose the case by default.
At least that is how I interpret the document.

I saw it and had gotten some information from the site but the screen shots I am not locating. I am not sure when the site went down. I just made the connection last night that his last date of posting was 10-18 and then went back and read that on the day he posted last consisted of a post saying to eat at least 1200 calories and that made me concerned....about his safety...just kidding...concerned about him being banned/fired...going poof in the night.

I hadn't thought of that. The timing is suspicious, isn't it? 1200 calorie talk is more than enough to get him fired.

Well I go looking around and this guy Mikey had not been at kimkins for 3 or 4 months and his name used to be arkangel. Just odd and then he started going off on another member at kimkins and it looked like a wonder woman drive by!!! I have screen shots of his rampage because of course it got deleted and the thread closed by our hero SingingAss!

But it is mixed in with the talk about the case and the legal aspects..So you may want to start skimming there.

I need to check on Little Mikey and see if he is still over there or if he left. He was saying some tough stuff I will see about adding the screen shots. I think they are too big but I can try. I mean the guy even posted a picture of the exorcist and told AmyB that she looked like death from taking drugs and getting skinny. I mean harsh, weird stuff that appeared to really hurt her feelings. I felt bad for her reading it over there. He tried to say it was all a joke the next morning!
But then why the name change and the absence? I think it could have been Kimmer with Captain Morgan and she slept it off, but I may be wrong...I need to look around more before I can sign-off on that "what-it" (in honor of SMP!)....but we missed you!

FG is gone and so is his stuff, so maybe it was a kimmer funded site as in she set it up with the idea that she would allow him to run the "store" like she was going to do for becky, per what becky had written in her blog. But there is more to come.
