so why do you guys think Nessa, Missy and Cutie basically quit posting here? Is it too slow and boring now or are they afraid they might get sued for saying something they shouldn't about TT or KK?

Yeah, they don't sound great to me, either. I'm tending more toward Paleo these days than Atkins, anyhow...but I sure could go for a nice Dirty Martini (uh, yeah, I know...not Paleo...just sounds bettah!)

have you ever tried the v-8 splash drinks--diet ones of course--it is the same concept---

also alot of the smoothie shops do the same thing--they just add tons of sugar which defeats the purpose

my problem with these is the carb content----I must keep mine way low or I get sick

You know, you just made me think. I want to make V-8 from scratch sometime. You know....blend the heck out of everything and strain it? Anybody ever do this? I can drink V-8, especially the spicy stuff by the gallon.

I used to make an Adelle Davis blender concoction that was basically an eggnog sweetened with concentrated orange juice, with added food yeast. It was our breakfast for several years, and I'm sure it improved our familial brain power. Now I'm allergic to the yeast and cow milk, don't really trust raw supermarket eggs, and can't have the sugar-laden orange juice. In fact, that Fawn shake sounds pretty good to me. Hmmmm.

getting back to Kimmer---I was checking for updates on the class action suit--decided to look around---in the case with the school---Heidi represented herself if I am reading it right---legal speak is not my second language---so maybe one of you legal eagles could take a look

surely she wasn't stupid enough or arrogant enough to represent herself---well maybe so.....

dws1119- I believe you are correct that at one point she did have herself listed as representing herself during a portion of the case with TERI (school loans)- at least that is how I read them as well.

Heidi DOES have a bank account and Heidi's also has a paypal account. So like others said it appears her claims of "judgement proof" was BS but it makes one wonder how she collected SS????
The case still shows Heidi Diaz as "unrepresented" so no lawyer listed and I have not found anything as far as documents regarding her suit/claim of defamation of character at this point for those who were asking about it in previous posts.
