RE: Defamation of character of Kimmer aka "The Kimmer"

Representing the plaintiff - Dr. Mark, esquire and his trusty pair-o'leeegal Tippy Toes.

Note: Kimmer would have represented herself, but everyone knows she could never pass a bar...uhmm the bar, that is.

Plaintiff claims an attorney, John Tiedt, aka the Hidey-hater, aka Ducky (could be, who knows? ) is out to defame said plaintiff and in general ruin her life. Well, Kimmer don't roll like that, so she's suing, ya dig?

Character affidavits:

Singinglass - Well, I'm psychic, so I totally knew this was going to happen. I think Kimmer is awesome. I've lost lots of weight and my hair was too damn thick anyway. Kimmer has saved me tons of time I used to spend combing and blow-drying.

Dr. Mark - *takes off lawyer suit and dons scrubs* Listen to me because I am a doctor, okay? I've made a thourough examination of Kimmer's character (online) and have given her my stamp of approval. Health-wise, she's got some glands or organs out of whack...I need to go to WebMD for specifics, but just take my word for it! I'm a doctor, remember?! Kimmer has a healthy character and isn't guilty of anything wrong. (My bonus check is in the mail, right?)

FitnessGuru - *huffing and puffing* Hey, Kimmer is totally dedicated to fitness and has killer glutes. After all, she has to have something strong to sit on while she's online 18-20 hours per day helping people, okay! Kimmer has good biceps too. Hey, lifting those extra large pkgs of sugar cookies at the store 3-4 times per week is a workout!

Tippy Toes - Well, y'all kno how I feeul about Kimmer. She's just the bestest evur. I meeen, how miny peepul woulld give me such a prest-tihjus job as PR Direcktor? At her own websitte? That's frendship, if you askes me. I don't carre whether she's still fat or not. KimkinsAtkinsKimkinsAtkins wurks for me. She's gudder than anyone of them LCF haters.
Ladies, you did good last night. I think this is the BEST I have seen on here...and there's been some good ones. But THIS one gets the prize!!

In that case, you may want to google "trainer will monitor your progress and fine-tune." I found 8 sites that had most of that article word for word. I'm hoping that you've sold it to all of them.

I don't know much about TV stations/news media but don't stations have "sister" stations in other states?
Kinda, sort of... Stations of the same affiliation (i.e. CBS) will share news stories and video between stations. Also, stations that are group-owned share stories if there is some local interest even if they are not affiliated with the same network.

I'll tell you this - local stations are hurting for news during the holidays and dieting stories become very popular. Everyone's New Year's Resolution is always to lose weight. Right now would be an excellent time for people who've suffered health problems from the diet to approach their local stations and start making contact with a health, new technology or general news reporter. Why now? Because at this time is when they're planning extra stories that will "hold" and be used over the slow news holiday season. All they need is a local "hook" - a local person willing to go on camera and tell their story. Oh, and even the smallest stations can disguise you if you don't want to out yourself as a scam victim.

I have no real newspaper experience, but I suspect they also horde stories for those slow times during the holidays.

Don't be shy!! Make contact with a reporter. If you make it easy for them to cover the story, they'll do it eventually.

And, I'm always around for pointers. I worked in TV news for 15 (long hellish) years.

lala, where are you looking?

ETA: never mind, I just figured out you were referring to the KK testimonials. Have you noticed that almost everyone on the military time loves to use multiple exclamation points? Hmmmmmm................

Noelle Lawson

I had asked this several threads back: Who is Noelle? Is this another Heidi persona or a real person?

I don't know if that was ever answered or if anyone actually knows.

I'm thinking that if no one heard of this person, interacted with her, met her, got a non-Slavic picture of her, etc, then I'll simply tally her up as one of the Heidi Clones.

Hi Lala,

I'm already back on induction and doing well, thanks! I've got my boy on plan with me to make it a truly lowcarb household.

LOL, nothing like a long weekend and unsolicited advice to bring out the spelling nazi in me, sorry. Just be thankful you weren't trying to sell me a "male enhancement" product.

I will have to try it - eventually

I just started them this week and even have the kids drinking them. I made one today with peanut butter and a chocolate based protein drink. The color does make it a little issue with the kids so I started them by saying it was a 'monster's brew' shake. See pic. But I also read where others have done them with some crystal lite berry or something that will change the color. I was trying to avoid that route but I may have to try it if the kids are freaked out over the color after Halloween.
But I would have never thought to try the veggies in a shake if I hadn't read Fawn's shake thread. I have chopped vegetables up and hide them in casseroles or pizza..etc...but the shake was something totally new.
You know you want to give it a try........
Well I was beginning to wonder abt that meat one ! LOL
The cabbage and or veggies sound well, interesting
but if the kids will drink it it cant be that bad.
I may give it a try when I get brave..

Honestly, go slow: just blend fresh spinach, strawberries, plain yogurt and sweetener to start. The strawberries and yogurt are really all you taste

Question about "meatkins/drunkins": what week is adopt an imaginary foster child week? I'd hate to miss out on that!
Now we are talking - I can do the fruits!

That does not sound too bad either - I have a regular blender and a juicer

Are these recipies in one place?
Now are these something the K promoted too?
