i am telling you just how very depressed i am that all my forum friends are gone, and though i have been a member here since march, i now know no one....do you know what it is like to be abandoned? do you know how it causes so much stress and desperation? are they going to come back????? i think not- why dont you just go on tv and put all these rumours to rest??? so they will perhaps come back.........This site was so much with Christin, Becky, Amy, - no one even goes on my forums anymore-go and check- i had established some nice relationships with these people-now they are gone, arent completely compliant.....Show yourself Kimmer,,,,put this all to rest so we can all get on with the matter at hand, and reestablish friendships....please dont be upset iwth me

Sorry I've been trying to catch up on this thread - but had to comment on this - I thought the same thing, and the station I watch (KVUE 24) is the one that Cristin used for her interview, yet I never found a story about the diet on that station's website. Weird huh? I figured they'd want to do a story on it since she's a local gal - maybe I missed it?

Kimmer has a healthy character and isn't guilty of anything wrong. (My bonus check is in the mail, right?)

FitnessGuru - *huffing and puffing* Hey, Kimmer is totally dedicated to fitness and has killer glutes. After all, she has to have something strong to sit on while she's online 18-20 hours per day helping people, okay! Kimmer has good biceps too. Hey, lifting those extra large pkgs of sugar cookies at the store 3-4 times per week is a workout!

Tippy Toes - Well, y'all kno how I feeul about Kimmer. She's just the bestest evur. I meeen, how miny peepul woulld give me such a prest-tihjus job as PR Direcktor? At her own websitte? That's frendship, if you askes me. I don't carre whether she's still fat or not. KimkinsAtkinsKimkinsAtkins wurks for me. She's gudder than anyone of them LCF haters.

Yes, I am so totally behind (mom's in town using office/computer room as guest room kind of hard to ask her to try and sleep while I peruse the thread and burst out laughing all the time - so I do it at work - getting strange looks) Oh my this was too funny not to take a quick time out from catching up to comment!

Boot Camp wasn't that fancy. It's the Bare Bones menu with measured protein plus 30 minutes of some activity. She actually did extra activity on the weekends since she and her husband own a cabin in the hills.

Bare Bones Diet

B - Eggs 2-3, .5 cup cooked veggies or 2 oz ham/protein
L - Protein (4 oz), 2 cups mixed greens, Wishbone Spritzer dressing
D - Protein (4-6 oz), 2 cups mixed greens, Wishbone Spritzer

Only dedicated people can stick with this. 2 cups of salad is 1 large handful. It's not exciting but calories are extremely low (500'ish).

That does not say 800ish, it says 500ish. geeze

I joined that challenge. No Irishgal wants to be seen as UN-dedicated so I jumped in with both feet DONT CHEAT and you will soon feel nauseated and then you will have to force yourself to eat that! ! And dont cheat or those blasted dominoes will need to be stacked again! I eventually confessed to Kimmer that I couldnt stay in that camp due to the fact I have trouble with the cardio due to a knee replacement...and here I was feeling GUILTY?? GRRRRRRR

OH and that protein measurement is meat weighed RAW.

You can have more than 1 paypal, and you can transfer to yourself. Each account just needs a different email.

I have a business, and a personal.

She could have 10 different accounts with 10 different banks, and 10 different emails.

You can now have a paypal debit card and spend directly from the account like a credit card and do cash withdrawls.
