I'm with you on that and don't doubt it as being true and certainly Heidi has put the wheels in motion on what she is going to TRY to do. I was just expanding on what Mclurkypants had asked Cutie about who was representing Hidey's case...:: psst.......trying to get Cutie to spill more info:: LOL
But I do find it weird that the proof of service is not in the file. Maybe that is not an urgent item to scan in but I would have thought that there has been enough time to serve Heidi and get the document scanned in since the 15th when the complaint was filed. I get skeerd that Heidi may wig out and run off or is that run off with her wigs...

Yeah, I survived living in So Cal for 25 years and went through many of these firestorms without any personal loss. I was never evacuated or had any close calls, but have known people who had their homes burn to the ground. I don't live there anymore, and we've had several discussions this week about how glad we are that we're not there to go through it again.

Besides I would think she would have had to already handled that before now, wouldn't she since the writ of attachment already has someone looking into her assets?

what makes anybody think since according to her ex and mother of her grandson she is a con artist she didn't already move and hide the money? remember she was emailing with littlebit back this summer about taking steps to make kimkins.com run by itself without her so she saw this coming maybe not on this big a scale though.

Yup, of course....because if Cutie has to take the blame for starting the entire backlash against kimmer I guess I can take the blame for advising kimmer to do the impossible, which is to claim someone else could be libel for defaming her character more than she herself ever could.
But I dunno how Kimmer even convinced herself or heidi or any of her aliases to attempt to prove a defamation case...oh yes it was the fact that I was posting that to Singinglass and we know how her legal advice goes so maybe she got confused or was distracted by her magic eight ball.

I know I'm a little slow, etc., but, I'm still trying to figure out what grounds she has for filing the case? Because we said she was a fraud? (she is), fat? (she is as far as the PI is concerned), because her diet is a scam?.....how can you say something like that when everything against her has proof? I know but I was saying that it would be too late for her to act on anything she would read here tonight, not that she couldn't have acted on things before...see the previous guessing game post..... Many options....tee hee.
I go back and forth with the idea that she may really just up and leave somehow or she will dig her heels in and plan for a fight.
I always felt she was one to fight...not a fair fighter fighter mind you...but a sneaky one, who would have many tricks up the sleeve of her blue sweater. The main factor-for me-that was causing a concern of instability when trying to predict her reaction, is not her mental stability or whether she is smart enough to have planned all this out. It is her periods of partaking in Captain Morgan because that may be when she decides to flake out and run....in true OJ form by cranking up the windstar van..........

KTLA did a third installment on the kimkins coverage-#3 The Kimmer on KTLA
The class action lawsuit was filed on oct. 15th and the judge made it a "fast track" case which stated that Heidi Diaz needs to come in by Nov 1st to give her deposition.
Some of the bloggers and posters have been quiet but it has not due to any forced "hush" due to the case...at least that was the current belief last that I heard.
There is also a reporter in Tampa that MAY be interested in covering the Kimmer's Kid Fundraiser story.
I think that was the main points...

Believe it or not, some of them taste quite yummy! I make my version without any sweeteners, without berries, but add a sweeter veggie (for me, usually a little sweet red bell pepper, or a few cherry tomatoes) and some heavy cream. Mine ends up tasting like a chilled creamy veggie soup you'd have in the summer. YUM! lol

Now, which shakes are we talking about here Tanner?...I was kidding about the tilapia and chicken shake for k/E, but the other recipe with the cabbage, flax seed, spinach, yellow squash,berries, coconut milk, whey protein and Davinci vanilla are real. I just started them this week and even have the kids drinking them. I made one today with peanut butter and a chocolate based protein drink. The color does make it a little issue with the kids so I started them by saying it was a 'monster's brew' shake. See pic. But I also read where others have done them with some crystal lite berry or something that will change the color. I was trying to avoid that route but I may have to try it if the kids are freaked out over the color after Halloween.
But I would have never thought to try the veggies in a shake if I hadn't read Fawn's shake thread. I have chopped vegetables up and hide them in casseroles or pizza..etc...but the shake was something totally new.

I don't go the whole recipe that Fawn recommends (can't get really good fresh produce here that's organic lol)... For the "lite" version I just use an immersion blender or a regular blender. I pop about 1/2 a bag of fresh spinach and 6 frozen strawberries in with 2/3 cup plain yogurt and (for me) 4 drops stevia and blend until smooth. You can add protein powder and stuff, too.
