This from the woman who has who knows how many personas? The woman who LIED to thousands of people?

She's got some fricken nerve! At least she should call it Defamation of CHARACTERS, plural.

One of the fires (at one time there were 12 burning) started north of Corona in the mountains at Lake Arrowhead. Many homes in Lake Arrowhead were lost. The Lake Arrowhead fire is a potential threat to Corona because the wind in flowing from east to West, and Corona is West of Lake Arrowhead. I have a friend in North Corona, and there have been no evacuations there. The Lake Arrowhead fire is still many miles away from Corona.

As for burning the contents of the file cabinet, I'd say it was probably that she overheated her shredder.

Thank you! They drank some today too after school and it actually is the first thing that has kept them from snacking before dinner. I am going to try some other flavors, but I have to be sneaky and blend when they are not looking. I am sure they would freak out if they saw me blending cabbage for their shake.

KTLA did a third installment on the kimkins coverage-#3 The Kimmer on KTLA
The class action lawsuit was filed on oct. 15th and the judge made it a "fast track" case which stated that Heidi Diaz needs to come in by Nov 1st to give her deposition.
Some of the bloggers and posters have been quiet but it has not due to any forced "hush" due to the case...at least that was the current belief last that I heard.
There is also a reporter in Tampa that MAY be interested in covering the Kimmer's Kid Fundraiser story.
I think that was the main points...

Hmmmmmm, so didn't "Kimmer" say that Heidi was not her, and that she used Heidi's name on the website for some lame reason? (Some stupid story about Heidi being a long-time friend they went to school with.) So John Tiedt was referring to the website when he talked about fraud. He didn't mention anyone's name. But Heidi counter-suing for defamation over his comments about the website would seem to me to be an admission that Heidi is Kimmer, and that Kimmer/Heidi is the owner of the website, otherwise there would be no basis for the counter-suit. Did the sociopath screw up again and out herself?

Apparently, Heidi's attorney failed to notify her that for her to even be able to prove the case she has to prove that the things stated about her are not true and in her case of being a public figure she also has to prove malice.

Just got off a "live chat" with Liquidweb and they said to send complaints to dmca@liquidweb.com. The gal said that they definitely will check this out and if she is receiving C&D requests and not honoring them - that is a big problem.

Since actual damages must be demonstrated, some cases are dismissed because the statements or accusations do not rise to the level of actual slander or libel. Hurt feelings or a loss of social standing may not reach the legal definition of damages.
