Believe me, that information is getting disseminated to as many sources as I can think of, including the BBB, the Attorney General, the FTC, you name it!

And I make the following statement for the benefit of Tippy and Kimmer, whom I am positive are reading every word written here. After I was banned, I started doing the copy/repost thing - in other words I have reposted things from the Kimpound on this thread, and I did it to piss you off. But I never did it when I still had my membership, and I will never tell where I am getting the information from. That is my business, Tippy! And the reason I am doing it is because you banned me for no good reason! You are keeping me from using the lifetime membership I paid for, and you are in trouble for it.
I also was banned for posting here and I know she didn't like what I posted. Stupid me I didn't use a different screen name ..... but I never thought she was over here reading. She said "some one reported" this to her. Yeah right!

How do you know she won't go in and doctor up your posts on KK to show a TOS violation? I wouldn't put it past her to be doing all kinds of editing before the court case. Hopefully the archive website will be able to prove this is the case and show she is lying....

I think we're all in wait and watch mode. It's weird and nice at the same time. On one hand it's a let down to not have a big revalation every time I open the thread, on the other it's a relief to not have 15 pages an hour to catch up on.

My house is cleaner, but I still have that nagging, itchy, "I'm missing something!" feeling.

My Q to you is, do you feel like your desire for and endurance of exercise is better now that youre replacing your testosterone? Susi - I really haven't noticed a difference in my energy level since starting the testosterone/estrogen cream. I have noticed a difference in my interest in sex. Before I had none, now I have some

I noticed they had that cream at our local health food store - but never checked into the benefits. I too had a complete hysterectomy and lost all interest in s-x.... Poor husband!

The doc didn't want to put me on HR therapy because of a history of blood clots. I'm so glad I never went on that.

Yes, we are in the "wait and see" mode. Lawsuit has been filed...have the papers been served? On the Riverside Court suit sight, it might indicate whether or not they have been served. It also has a spot where she would list her attorney..(who probably needs to be with her at her deposition).

I think we better all get used to the 'wait' part of 'wait and see'. If Heidi has been a scammer for as long as she has, she has no intention of showing up for court on Nov 1st or the student loan court date in December.

What would it take for her to just disappear? She would load her few belongings in her car over the course of a few days, then one day throw her laptop in her purse and head for CVS, never returning. She would sleep in her car for a few days, then rent a new apartment with an assumed identity with someone else's social security number.

Someone wrote somewhere that she is being watched, but is someone watching her 24/7? For how long? Months?

Brandon would continue to come and go as he pleases at the old apartment since the rent has probably been paid ahead for a month or two.

I don't know how she's going to pull this disappearance off when Paypal has most of her money, but her exit strategy probably included an $8000 withdrawl everyday for the past few months, or whatever the limit is. Into an account with who's SS#? Certainly not Heidi's. Someone who probably died back in the 80s.

I personally don't believe she gives a hoot about Brandon, poor kid. I remember reading about how she snickered when asked about if she was sued - how she said that she wouldn't be the one showing up in court. I don't think she was referring to her alter ego, Heidi, I think she was referring to Brandon. Who would ever throw their 18 yr old son under a bus like that?

Sorry to be such a Doubting Thomas (or Doubting Ellosie) but I've become frustrated at this point after watching this soap opera unfold all summer and now it's well into the fall and I still haven't cleaned out my goldfish pond! (I live in Wisconsin - I had better do it soon). Every 4th quarter, my department works 60 hour work weeks and I get a little down and angry, probably from the long days and lack of sleep.

I just don't see how someone without any conscience or family ties would actually risk losing her millions by honoring a subpoena and appearing in court.

That said - Go, Jeanessa! You and your lawyer and everyone else involved in the lawsuit are absolutely doing the right thing. Keep up the good work everyone!

p.s. I couldn't help with the Russian Bride search and never did find a good cute duck avi, so in honor of the notorious Kimmer, I temporarily changed my avitar to Sugar Cookies.

Cheryl, how do you know if you have a history of blood clots (I know that sounds like a stupid question) I have been considering progesterone - but I wonder, what if I have a blood clotting problem & don't know it.

Yep. This series of threads is Tippy's educational course. I mean, first she takes orders from Kimmer. Now, she takes cues from us in how to improve her website and appear like a legitimate diet (ie, she started spouting robotically the "no fewer than 800 calories," totally in opposition to Kimmer's ACTUAL diet and advice, just so Jailkins wouldn't be classified as VLCD, but after it was denounced as VLCD leading to health issues right HERE; she got "experts" because it was part of the Kimkins package requirements; she scrubbed the fake pics, but only as they were discovered by the Russian Brides division HERE; got guru man after it was discussed that they were in violation of the contract and advertisement due to the boast of a fitness trainer available for members...)

It's not like she can actually figure anything out herself, ya know? (Blinded by filthy lucre and the growing pile of manure at her feet, I guess.)

Plus, she's like that student who needs lots of tutoring: How many times have we told her how to spell avatar and article, and she still isn't getting it?

Maybe we can send her the Webster's Word for the Day link?

Just catching up agian, and I recall that I read on one of these threads that kimmer wasn't taking new memberships by mail anymore. I could swear that I saw that in one of the threads, but when I checked her site, you can still sign up and mail your payment in. If she sold to new owners, why would payments be still going to the old address? The new owners would have to open up a mail drop box in their name right?.

Well I had a blood clot on the side of my knee (when I gave birth to our daughter) and then about 15 years later I had one in my lung. I didn't know they were blood clots - but the side of my knee hurt and the one in my lung- I could hardly sing at Mass. Both times the doctor diagnosed blood clots. I guess the only symptom was pain.

You know, the detective stated she spent all her time sitting at her computer. If she'd gotten training in, say, website design (which she may have, for all I know) or online customer service or tech support, she could earn a living and she wouldn't need to be mooching disability off the gov't.

Oh, wait. That's how NORMAL people would think, not con artists. Never mind.

Kimkins Weight Loss: Kimkins Cartoon

I did let Randy know that as of yesterday the cartoon is still on the Kimkins site. (Does someone want to collect a screenshot of this?)

His response was:

"Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Apparently their apology was meaningless and they have broken their promise to remove my cartoons from their site."

This is a long shot...I wonder if they could get her fingerprints off her P.O. Mail box (where payments were picked up) or off the cancelled checks some people got back? Did any of you receive personal mail from her? (my bank puts cleared checks all online in history, theyre not returned like they used to do.) This would tie HER to the plot.

I'm sure they'll also ask Brandon if there was a "Kimmer" living there, who she was, etc.

And like you mentioned, Jimmy Moore. They can match Heidi's voice to her podcast interview - in which she clearly states that SHE is Kimmer and SHE is the woman in the red dress.

Not to mention "Kimmer" says that Heidi collects all the money, heh.

There is really no way out of it for her - thankfully. She can't play it like she has no idea who Kimmer is, as Kimmer even said that she was going to visit Heidi recently.. lol. She's boxed herself into a corner with her lies and she'll be proven a fraud before the court in short order.

The more lies she tells, the deeper she digs her hole.

Progesterone

Cheryl, My Dr. does not like Premarin as it is made from the estrogen of pregnant horses. I couldnt believe that when I first heard it. Google Premarin.org if anyone has a strong stomach. I know my mother was put on that drug in the 1970s when she had her hyst and it was not a good fit at all! Now I know why. The HRT studies showing increased heart problems and cancers were done using synthetic hormones. As I understand, even the one made with horse urine is tweaked chemically as no one can patent a natural estrogen, so the Pharmacutical companies make it "different." There are bio-identical plant based estrogens on the market. USP Progesterone cream is also plant based. I feel really mentally and physically normal using Bio-identical USP natural progesterone but my energy is lagging a bit(Im 50 so that might play a part!) so Im interested in adding a titch of the testosterone. Susan Summers has a few wonderful books out too. "The sexy years" and "The nakes truth about bioidentical hormones". sorry for the thread jack people.

Couldn't help....progesterone has NOTHING to do with phlebotic problems. It's estrogen that can't be taken (synthetic/horse urine type) if the patient has had blood clots (phlebitis). Bio identical estradiol has not a lot to do with blood clots unless the patient HERSELF has had phlebitis (in other words it's not a 'genetic' type thing...like if your Dad/Mom had blood clots it has nothing to do with YOU).

Depends on how many people handled the check. Just taking it out of the envelope after she touched it would smudge the prints.
