The lawsuit filed on Monday is a civil suit. It was filed in state court. I wouldn't be surprised if Heidi is being investigated for alleged violations of a host of criminal laws, both state and federal. I'd said there is more to come.

You know..even when Tippy says that no one should go below "800 calories" and she has said this time and again on KKins, she SHOULDN'T be saying that. She is no doctor, nor does she have any nutritional degree. She is perpetrating a fraud and will probably be next on the list. Of course, the website WILL be shut down and she will be out of a job...so that's a mute point.

Princess: Yes, where does mentally ill cross the line into con artist? Hmmmm..methinks it is a fine line. Kimmer is mentally ill, but also a con artist..

I think someone thought these women all "looked foreign" and the background in their pictures didn't look like Western homes..But maybe someone can fill you in on this.

Yes, it happens on Law and Order and in real life too! The reason that attorneys try so hard to impeach a witness (prove them to be lying) is so their testimony gets ignored by the jury and/or judge.

Now, about dressing as Kimmer, I think Heidi could only get one of her legs into Lesya's red dress!

It's entirely possible that more will come. She's now on the radar screen of Jerry Brown, the Attorney General of the state of California. I got a letter from him today thanking me for reporting Kimkins.com to his office. While there is no criminal proceeding at this time, he is keeping all the complaints in his files and there is the possibility of a criminal action.

I think Dr Mark is trying to be helpful and trying to answer as best he can but he should have done his homework before signing on and especially AFTER he got e-mails telling him the site was a fraud!

I have been keeping up with this from the beginning. I, too, was conned by this fraud from the start. Regardless if she claims to be mentally ill or not, she needs to pay for what she has done to innocent people.

I personally hope her assets from kimkins.com are taken from her and she is put in jail. Do I believe she is mentally ill? Crap, NO! She is devious, plotting, calculating...no, she isn't mentally ill...she is evil. She knew exactly what she was doing but never figured a group of ladies sitting behind computers would eventually be the downfall of her. Congrats to all of you.

I do have a question...reading through all of this I still couldn't figure out why all the DUCKS??? Must have been one of those nights I had bloodshot eyes for staying up late reading the next episode.

I wonder if mail fraud may be one of the offenses that will be investigated. After all, she did use the U.S. Postal Service to receive some of the ill gotten gains because she was seen picking them up by the private investigator. You don't want to mess with the Feds. They don't fool around. It's very possible that the Feds could go after her before the State of California does.

There was a blog exposing Kimmer written by one or more authors going by the name of "Just Ducky". Kimmer became so paranoid of the work of "Just Ducky" that she mistrusted anyone using a duck as their avatar on Kimkins.com. Keep in mind, that a rubber duck is one of the stock choices you can make. Kimmer actually banned people for using the duck avatar, but never took it off the list.

So now we choose ducks to stick it to her. Mine is Daisy Duck in a red dress.

I think the lawsuit will get her site shut down and her assets taken, I think the Atty Gen will get her, I think the FTC (or whatever that other one is) will get her because of it, I think the US Postal Service will get her, blah, blah, blah...I don't think she will be doing business with anyone for a long, long time when we get done with her....going to jail is another story (pretty overcrowded these days), I sure like to hear she did though.
