Episode 3 of the Kimkins scan aired last night on KTLA. I don't have the link but it is somewhere here in the last 10 pages or so. Basically, it just rehashed what our awesome duck squad here had uncovered about the lady in the red dress and mentioned the lawsuit that was filed this week. Heidi and Kimmer both have to appear for a deposition on Nov,1 before the lawyer for the lawsuit.

The documents for the lawsuit are online at the Riverside Court site which I also don't have the link to, but basically it has the case outlined and then about 150 pages of evidence from the kimkins site and the fake pictures from the Russian Bride sites.

Beyond that, apparently the kkimpound is very quiet and nothing much else is going on. Either Tippy and SL are super fast on the nuke button over there or no one really knows or cares what is going on.

And she even used two different pictures/women at that! The "red dress" of course, and then the blue eyed-leopard-print lady in Woman's World. She claimed to be both of them, and yet they both turned up on Russian bride sites.

Will she be placed under house arrest for 6 months and ordered to stay off the Internet? Will those left at the "new, improved" Kimkins site forced to drop out when/if the site is closed down be entitled to the same refunds as those who signed and were booted? Questions, questions!

Likely Plaintiffs will file a motion to compel. Then the judge, assuming it's granted, will order her to attend a rescheduled depo. If she continues to ignore the deposition, the judge might hold her in contempt of court. Or the judge might issue a default judgment against Heidi, meaning she loses. I don't know the particular civil procedure law in CA but both of those options are typically available.

I doubt it. Tippy is computer illiterate. She couldn't even put up her own avator. It seems that she have learned where the ban button is and how to delete posts and threads but removing the success stories and make changes to the website itself were most likely done by Kimmer.
