I agree !

It's never her fault, someone else did it and sent it to her. She's good at playing this game and that's why she is collecting for metal illness. She is a pro at pulling this stuff off. She's such a SAD person !!!

I'm just curious why there isn't a thread dedicated to addressing the current Kimkins scandal that has distanced Jimmy Moore (La Vida Lo Carb) and Christin (former Kimkins spokesperson) from this program? The video was good..It took forever to get it to load..I used CJane's link..thanks. MY FAVORITE part was when John said that he had seen internet fraud before, but this was so full of it..(so to speak)..

that the Russian brides really topped it off..Early on I remember Kimmer saying that, "Yes, SHE wrote some of the "stories" because the the Kimkins Success Story ladies were very shy." WELL, DUH!! They don't even speak English!!

They allow the parties to get a record of a person’s testimony, or to get testimony from a witness that lives far away. They can help the lawyers prepare their court papers called "pleadings." discovery: The gathering of information (facts, documents, or testimony) before a case goes to trial. Discovery is done in many ways, such as through depositions, interrogatories, or requests for admissions. It can also be done through independent investigation or by talking with the other side’s lawyer.

interrogatories: Written questions sent by 1 side in a lawsuit to an opposing side as part of pretrial discovery in civil cases. The side that receives the interrogatories must answer them in writing under oath. (See also discovery)

Yeah, she is going to have her lies rehearsed but like my DH said, the proof is there, the DISEPTION is there. You can't miss it! See the thing is Heidi/Kimmer thinks she is so smart, but what she fails to notice is after awhile you get sloppy, and you make mistakes, like we have been seeing...

Sorry just need to interject here---many people who are on disability for a mental illness are worthy of drawing it---not everyone is scaming

disability is very difficult to obtain-it generally takes 3-4 yrs to be approved---unless you have been involuntarily committed ----you have to go before numerous doctors from SS itself--in addition to your own docs and medical histories

That being said---Kimmer or whoever she is calling herself-will not be able to use that as an excuse--the simple fact she has cleaned up her site shows she knows what she was doing is wrong--it goes to the proof of intent--I work with forensic psych pts and have to go into court frequently with them---she can not claim NGRI status(not guilty by reason of insanity or mental defect)---no way no how

That's really not good enough when you are using said photos to sell your diet plan. Fraud is fraud. Besides she used a Russian bride pic for her own after photo so that would diminish her credibility on that question.

Kimkins seems to be all quiet!!! Tippy is posting about a get together in 2008 in the Smokies, but she may want to edit that to a get together at Riverside....court house that is...

Happens all the time on "Law and Order"..That deposition can be taken ANYTIME before November 1st..Maybe Halloween would be a good day..very appropriate. She could dress up as Kimmer.
