Why the fascination with Kimmer? #8

What worries me the most is that the site will NOT be shut down. I was checking out the FTC site looking at some of the old cases. That super scam artist Kevin Tradeau--you know the infomercial guy with all the Natural Weight Loss Cures garbage--he's been on their radar since the late 90's and they still can't stop him. He still has books for sale through amazon.

Unfortunately there are too many people out there who the diet industry can prey upon. They are so desperate they will do anything to get the weight off. Look how blind those remaining at the KK site are even in the light of all this evidence.

There wouldn't be any need of sites like KK if there wasn't a demand. I wish there was a way to find out if new people are still joining.

Amidst all this jubilation over Heidi's command performance in court, I need to ask - has anybody checked to make sure that she herself is still in the area? Any driveby sightings to report? Because there's no WAY she's going to give anything back w/o a fight. And the easiest way to fight is to disappear WITH the funds that she could grab. I doubt if she has a million $ left, but even 1/2 mil could set her up for life in another country. There's also no way Tippy was allowed to get her hands on more than a token amount to run Kimkins on a day to day basis, if that.

I think its because people don't realize that after they reply, it takes you to the "last page". Even though you may have been reading the 3rd page prior.

Sometimes it's easy to miss posts. We aren't ignoring anyone (besides Cheryl because she cleans too much )

Hi..coming out of lurkdom (since July!)..having read almost this whole saga and am flabbergasted at the whole mess..even taken a bit of time to help search for Russian brides! One quick question?? Was she actually physically served papers? (cause then someone else would have seen her?) And if so, why would she even have answered her door??

I did read where the court reporter can video tape the deposition in some cases. Given Heidi's calm, cool, demeanor when Chip was in her grill, I am under the impression that she may do very well during the deposition. She takes Lying to an art form and would wouldn't even break a sweat. Her problems may be:
1) Keeping the lies straight because it will be available for review...much like her old posts.
and the real big issue
2)Captain Morgan...if she gets a visit from the captain then she may pull another wonder woman. Now that would make some good Law and Order viewing!

She has been using that story all along when ANYONE questioned her about them.

My husband said the reason the deposition was escalated was because of the "health hazard" and the judge wanted to move quickly.

Remember when TT was involved in finding pictures - doctoring them up (progress pics before/after)? She could also be hauled in.....

What about "Dr." Mark falsifying his title?

It's a little more complicated for these people than we even realize. A whole can of worms have been opened up!

Also what about the foster children's money? What about the government subsidies she has been receiving?

All spells trouble IMHO!

Is TT even posting on the KK site lately? If I were here I'd be in my car traveling to Tennessee. She can't say we didn't warn her as well as "Dr." Mark!

I have asked and wondered that as well.
According to the court documents,the form called a "Proof Of Summons Served", was not there or I couldn't find it. She may have been served and the paperwork has not been done and scanned in yet or she may not have been served yet.
