When you give a deposition you are sworn in just like in court. They have a court reporter there also

They make you take an oath, but I'm not sure what can happen if you lie. Someone said (I think on the PG) that they think Kimmer will send her lawyer to the deposition instead of appearing herself. They'll ask her all kinds of questions, show her all kinds of documents (I bet a lot of Russian bride pictures

That's the case management conference. A judge (not the same one who would try the case) hears it. They try to see if it can be settled out of court and if the case warrants a trial - at least that's what I think it is. I could be wrong.

Yup - she HAS to show up! The judge (according to the news program ordered the deposition) so it's a COMMAND performance. If they can prove she lied during the deposition that's perjury..... she is subject to jail time. She better have a great memory because they love to ask a question ---- go in a totally different direction and then come back to the other topic and ask it in a different manner.....

Hey she might not be able to pay TT her salary - she has to save her money for her OWN attorney. (Unless she claims she's indigent and needs a public defender). She can always elect to represent herself.

Maybe her law background will help her ---- she could lie and say she's an attorney!

And after a couple hours of that, you really do start getting confused. I bet she says a lot of, "I really don't recall......" I remember that was something our attorney told me. He said if I didn't remember exactly what the answer was to their question, I didn't have to answer the question. I could say I didn't remember, which 4 years after the fact really was the case.

You know what my most vivid memory of the whole experience was? My attorney's tie. It was covered with.......ducks. I'm not kidding.

Wasn't that e-book a JOKE?!?!? All it amounted to was a regurgitation of the commercial on KK touting the plan. The e-book was supposed to be 1) written by Kimmer and 2) tell of HER personal experiences. It was not supposed to be a stupid infomercial for KK! You talk about bait and switch!
