Nady, Did you try this link that Cjane had posted earlier. It should open in the video player.

Nady: I finally got it through the Kimmer #3 link above and held down the control key while clicking it.

Nady, the only way I've been able to view it is to do an old-fashioned copy and paste of the following link into the address bar in internet explorer. (didn't work for me in the form of a link)

you may have to do what I did and right click on the link, click copy location, then paste into the address bar.

YW! Glad it worked.

I think the inability to view it is probably firewall settings/pop-up blockers as you mentioned.

Do try holding down the control key when attempting to open it, for those of you having problems.

Thanks~ all I get when I click the links is the video player but nothing else~ nothing loads, there are no controls~ I've tried turning Google pop-up blocker off, clicking while holding the control button~ nothing works. For what it's worth, I couldn't see the other two videos from a link to the player either~ had to go the the home page and click on their link.

I was just hoping someone could tell me how to find the link on the station's home page~ I've tried searches but no luck.

Guess I'll just have to miss this one.

Same here. I can't seem to find it on stations home page. Not under news or health for 10/18. I had no problem watching parts one and two.

Awesome 3rd report!!!! Pointed out the clear fraud regarding the lady in red and mentioned several other fraudulent photos that were included in the law suit.

Wow, I've been gone for a while, but it doesn't seem like too much has happened. This latest video really sparks my interest, but I'm curious...

For the people who've been banned for virtually nothing (like me and several others I know), will they receive refunds from the lawsuit as well? I'm not very umm...law-savvy and such. I don't know how this sort of thing works. Is there somewhere we all need to sign-up at, or will we all be contacted or something? I, for sure, want my money back. The fact that I was banned over "admin-paranoia" is ridiculous.

I just wasn't sure if the more "popular" or well-known folks who've suffered from serious side effects and things would be the only ones compensated. Not that there's anything wrong with that, of course, I just wanted to be sure there was nothing else that needed to be done in regards to those who were banned for no reason.

And now that I think about it, if the site is shut down, will EVERYONE receive a refund since they will no longer have access? Hadn't thought about that before.

She is a piece of work! Apparently her way of getting around the cease and desist was to change my username over there to "Kimkins Admin" all of my posts are there, but with the new name. What is ironic though is that you can still do a post search on my kimatc and it directs you to the threads, yet the poster is now listed as "Kimkins admin" - and yet quotes within the thread all show the post as being originally posted by Kimatc.

Nice try woman. You once told me "I'm smarter than they think I am" Obviously not.

Virtual chicken soup to everyone who needs it, and a big Group Hug! The report was well-done, not sensationalistic, but justifiably p'o-ed. I am looking forward to watching this case unfold, and I expect to see this on a 2008 sweeps episode of Law & Order- don't you???
