Wouldn't they have to remove what they already have up if that were the case? I don't know how it works, just wondering. A couple of days ago Missi said that no one has been served anything.

Calling Morgan! Sweetie, would it be possible to put a picture of a small duck walking across the bottom of my Kimkins avatar? You did such a beautiful job making this gem, I think it would be the finishing touch!

Or is that AVATOR?

I get the feel that it may be N.A. and not Russian, but who knows? The others have been Russian.... The pose and relaxed look seem more catalog (as we talked about a few threads back), but whether it's a retro catalog or a more recent one with folks wearing less trendy clothes..::shrug::

I still don't think it's that Olympia set, though.

The Princess
I believe you're right. The patio set posted here has arms that curve over, while the arms on the one we're looking for curve in the opposite direction.

Am I correct that it doesn't appear that Heidi has been served yet either? I was looking for confirmation and did not see any.
I'm pretty sure this is a document that came up under case #483005 which is the class action suit against Hidey filed 10/15. The writ was filed on 10/18 (yesterday). I'll take another look to be sure, but this is something that is often filed at the very beginning of a big civil suit to secure assets right up front.

The Kimkins eBook has been "published"?

Over on Kimkins Survivors, one of the contributors said that the eBook was distributed to members on 10/16.

Sorry if this is old news, but I hadn't heard it! Anybody still on board at Kimkins receive their copy? Care to share?

Honey, it's an e-letter not a book..It's like one or two pages, tops. Tippy wrote it on her cruise. I DO think she used spell-check, though. Well, the exciting thing is that a lady wrote in how she LOVED the ebook and so did her husband..But our detective Missi found out for sure that the lady who wrote in had been dead for years. Maybe she was a "ghostwriter"..

It wasn't an E book. It was a flippin' email. I'll see if I can find it.

I am wondering, too..But I do think they are pretty "clueless" over there and stick within the borders of the Kimpire.

Dr. Mark needs to receive a link to the "lawsuit"..methinks..

This is the most exciting thing I've heard in weeks! Congratulations ladies for taking this woman to court and eventually to justice.

Am I correct in reading the case file, was there a hearing on the ex parte motion to attach her property yesterday morning? Man, I'd have paid to be a fly on the wall there. I wonder what assets they tried to attach, other than the green van and the condo. Wonder if they have discovered her bank account yet? Maybe they can freeze her Paypal account, too.

It says notice was given Wednesday to Winn & Sims, which looking up on the web is a debt collection law firm.

We think that it was not the LEAD story on the news..just a blip on the screen..a followup..
BUT, if enough of us email the manager of the station, maybe he will put it on for us..you would think..

I decided to go to bed last night instead of checking here because things have been slow - and wouldn't you know it SOMETHING HAPPENS!!! Well sort of anyway. Since they never posted the video, I would have just been waiting and waiting around for it half the night.

Does anyone know if it up on the KTLA site yet?

What is the email of the station?
