I haven't seen the news report yet, but I agree that getting the news out was the main point.

But I would have loved to hear Chip say, "We want to thank "The BuzzyBee" for finding "The Kimmer" in the red dress." I mean it is rare that such a phrase would have the opportunity to be said on a news report.

If she's appearing in a deposition she has an attorney. She's been served with a demand to appear. There will be a court reporter there. This is the kind of news I was soooo hoping for this week. Yea! Wonder if her attorney will convince her to show up. She doesn't have a good track record for that, in court or otherwise!

Do you think it's premature to ask the mods to change Kimmer's avatar to what it REALLY is? The fat woman in the pictures the PI took, or the smiling, come-hither picture of Kimmer from KTLA? I think it's insulting to leave those bogus avatars up, as they are.

BTW, did anyone else notice the lack of a gap between her teeth in the newcast?

Haven't seen the story yet...but in response to your comments -

There is no requirement that a person being deposed have an attorney, or have an attorney with them for a deposition. You are allowed to represent yourself in all matters, criminal and civil.

And no, the opposing attorney can't have her arrested if she fails to show. This is a civil matter. The opposing attorney would file a Motion to Compel and another desposition would eventually be scheduled. If she continued to miss court appearances & depositions, it is possible that eventually she could be jailed for contempt of court.
