I'm in Sacramento and we don't get LA Local News...we do have the Channel 40 they air on but we get our local news..

Maybe it is the outdoor patio look...you know like the image that is always in Southern Living magazines, the making the porch another living space look.

I was trying to get an idea of what season it was and then based on the clothing you would know if that was in the south or at least certain areas, because of the humidity in the south at certain times of the year would never allow one to be outside in a long sleeved shirt (silk or not).
But the foliage doesn't give any clues. The boxwood is year round in the south and I don't see much else.
Hey, can someone tell by the positioning of the sun or the way the shadow is cast what season it is? Ok...just kidding on that one.

My mother's penpal of 50 odd years (who's now a firm family friend) lives in the hills.. I think it's called Camira? Casino? something like that ... They're weird.. just quietly LOL

segments are uploaded to their site 17 minutes after the show has gone off the air & it's an hour long program. so even if it's the "top story" and airs at the beginning of the program, it still has to wait to be uploaded to the site after the whole hour long program is over.

(if it's not the "top story" it may even bit a little bit later before it gets uploaded...but not too long...patience, people, lol)

There was an old lady that had a shirt on like our lawn chair lady. It wasn't exact, but close enough that I was tempted to hop out of my car and run after her to ask about where she got it and who the designer is. Too bad I have kids to think of.
