I was surfing around checking out the stuff on KK. I googled Jimmy Moore and followed a link to his blog. I think it was the week he was on holidays and somebody named Kevin was helping/answering on his blog. The date was around July 27, I'll go back and look for the link.

If there is, I couldn't find the info on it. I followed links to blogs wanting banned KK members names, and I checked out the lawyer John Teidt's website, but I couldn't find anything more than "a potential class action lawsuit".
