Does anyone here know how to contact Amy? The girl that does the "eating low" videos? I'm just wondering if she knows her story was used in this pro-Kimkins web article.

You are right Aceber the chairs are different based on the arm structure, so not that set or that ad.

My set isn't the Martha Steward set either and is similar. My arms are wider too. I have seen that picture before like other have mentioned and I really believe it is an ad picture. I really don't think we will find it and it is not of great importance but for the heck of it being just one more of the pics she stated was her, it would be a hoot to find it.

I don't think there is a lot left to do about Heidi other than to wait until her site is shut down. We've proved she is a fake, her story is a fake, the success stories are a fake, she lies and takes advantage of people's weaknesses, etc. We have even proved she has staff working for her who just don't care either. I think we just wait for the lawsuit to hit her and shut her down and pray we see/hear she goes to jail for one more of her scams. However...the jails are really crowded and my bet is she'd just get a pretty little ankle bracelet but then again, if Mail Fraud is proved, then maybe not. I know we all want her to go down for what she has done. Just remember, if and when it happens....we will get some of her followers here who may not be real happy with us. Some may never see the light and will blame us. All we can do is be supportive as we know how it feels to be made a fool of and have to eat crow and admit we were stupid and "believed" one more time.

That was wacky. the link to that last blog had the info at the bottom with the person wh informed them that kimkins is a scam, well the page just reloaded it's self and the "scam kimkins" reference is gone.

I've been looking on the paper pursuits website and have been keying in years ---while looking for old ads---it made me stop and think--maybe she pulled a pic of a model from the 80's-90's pic--if she was stupid enough to try and pass off Jackyln Smith as herself--what are the odds that she would use another model pic too--

If this picture was around before her site was launched, where did she post it? Was it posted on LCF as a picture of herself? Heidi is in denial. I really think in her twisted mind she IS all these people. If I were her I would be so ashamed.

No, I don't remember her ever posting the lawn chair pic. I believe that was put up on her site the same day she opened it, but she only used that grainy pic as an 'after' shot here.

edit: I don't think she's ashamed. I do wonder if she actually does see herself as these people? Someone with a mental illness (and who could pull off something like this for years unless they were mentally ill?)may be so delusional that they see that red dress lady or the lawn chair lady when they look in the mirror.

She had herself as a Jacklyn Smith pic on a dating site and on yahoo....or maybe the dating site was on yahoo. But that pic was Jacklyn Smith. I think it was a black and white pic if I am recalling correctly.

Does anyone have it handy?

ETA-When I say that pic was Jacklyn Smith I am referring to the pic that Kimmer used at the dating site.

I remember it differently. When KK was first launched, she was still posting the shoulder padded white sweater pic and people were asking her for an updated photo. That is when she rolled out the patio chair picture, and went into this elaborate discussion about how she did the hair highlights herself. I don't remember the patio pic being on this site at all.

Completed - polished brass door hardware! Now making bacon for husband.

WOW! I threw in a second load of wash (patting myself on the back) and glued a track on a shelf in the fridge. Had to take everything out so I was able to chuck the expired condiments.

Got the trash out in time for the trash truck, and turned on the dishwasher.

That should hold me over for the next week
