Cheryl, Im very interested in HGH and have been attempting to do some research on it. Alot of the gals on the Hysterectomy boards were saying it can work wonders! Of course there are those who say you have to INJECT it to have it work, but Ive seen many, many positive testimonials that the sub-lingual works fine. What brand do you use and where do you get it? Im 50 now and my energy sure wanes especially in the winter.

When did you upgrade last? I have a notice to upgrade but I have not as of yet.

Cheryl- That is so odd that you mention the dreams and human growth hormone. I had commented to my husband and even my doctor in passing that I couldn't remember my dreams anymore. Now, my husband never remembers his dreams but I am have always been the exact opposite! I remember dreams and when I first wake up I would often be so into my dreams that it would take me a few minutes to get over whatever emotion I was having in the dream. My husband has been kicked a few times or punched in the arm when I dreamed he was having an affair. I even dream with color and great detail, so my husband would laugh at all the little things I could recall. Then I slowly got to where I couldn't remember my dreams.
Well, then it was proven that I am HGH deficient, which led to me starting the hgh injections and now my dreams are back. In fact I had a Kimmer nightmare myself a month ago or so and blogged about it here. When nightmares become our reality
But don't forget to send me a paypal for $59.95 for the dream analysis if you need my services in the future. The first reading is free.
Susi- I use Genotropin, by Pfizer, a .6mg injection daily, but mine is prescribed by an endocrinologist and insurance pays for it, thank goodness. According to my insurance claims they pay approx. $1,633 for a 90 day supply and I pay the $125.00 copay. It has made a TREMENDOUS difference in my life. My Igf-1, which is the way they measure your growth hormone level when doing a basic lab check, was that of an 89 year old and I am in my 30's! It does help with energy and retaining muscle. I have not researched other methods of getting the hormone into your system. The problem with many of the hormones that are done orally are the changes that may take place by stomach or liver break down of the drug. If I come across any articles on the oral form I will let you know.

Thank you HoneyBee. I use topical progesterone as it bypasses the liver. Cheryl takes her HGH sublingual, means that it absorbs into the blood vessels lining the floor of the mouth. I wouldnt know why HGH taken that way wouldnt be as good as a shot. My 20 yr old daughter has IBS (Irritable Bowel) and her meds are put under the tongue too. Thanks for helping me with this!

Yes, Cheryl. I am so interested in this too. I had heard of the injections but no way can I afford them. Please tell us more about what you take, where you get it, the brand, the cost, how it works???

Can't help you if you're using a PC, but if you use a Mac, then you need to download a piece of free software called "Flip4Mac WMV." I just got it the other day, and it works like a charm.

A couple of days ago. I did read that some "bugs" were unfixable in this version, but they didn't mention this particular one. Maybe you could PM me so we don't get too far afield? Thanx, HB.

[color="Red"]My husband and I use Sytropin .... $29/month - but we order in bulk so it's cheaper[. He had like a dark colored mole on the side of his hairline and low and behold it is now flesh color and it is flat. He never dreams but said after starting it he now has dreams. After a month or so you just take it Monday through Friday and skip the weekend. Your energy level really increases. It provides the advantages of doctor-prescribed human growth hormone injections in an orally active spray. Human Growth Hormone promotes tissue repair, cell regeneration in the bones, muscles and vital organs, and supports the immune system in combating infection and disease. As the body's cells die off, HGH acts as a “trigger” to ensure that replacement cells are healthy and readily available. As we age, our HGH levels decline, causing our cell replacement levels to reduce to a fraction of the levels of our youth. The exact reason why the pituitary gland’s production falls so rapidly remains a mystery. By the age of forty nearly everyone is deficient in HGH, and at eighty the body’s production has usually diminished by 90-95%. Many of the diseases and symptoms associated with aging can be traced to declining levels of HGH being produced by the body./COLOR]

You can search the internet under HGH and check it out.

Now the big question is what is Heidi doing this evening? I wonder how she is going to answer the attorney's questions in regard to the Russian models that gave her permission to use their pictures. That should be interesting!

I sent you a pm...

But if anyone is using firefox to browse kimkins site or to access this board and you downloaded the firefox version 2.0.0.8 around the end of October there have been some bugs found and "corrected". The newest version is now 2.0.0.9 released on Nov. 2nd, I believe, and you need to update to that version asap because there were some critical bugs noted.
firefox 2.0.0.8 bugs

I would hate for anyone to miss any of the drama.....

BTW- Kisal that video was great. I think I will just play that for my kids everyday to save myself the time.

I was listening to the podcast of Kimmer again, self inflicted torture, but I wanted to hear those pen names again and Jimmy doesn't seem to have that section of the podcast transcribed or at least not available anymore since the new blogs on Kimmer. Thus all this forced me to listen to her again and I must say every time I hear her voice I imagine that red dress size 4 person. For some reason her voice seems like it would belong to a petite person.

Just got back from a great Women of Faith weekend..And I think we will be in the waiting mode until a week from Monday..

I guess not much is happening at the Kimkins site, right? Hopefully, it is dead as a doornail and those poor peeps that spent their $60.00 in vain will never really do the "plan"..I'm wondering what percent of those 40,000 members actually even "did" the plan? I'm guessing a small percentage..We all know how that is..So, hopefully, the damage that Kimkins does to people has been minimized. As bad as it was for those who did it and have health concerns, it could have been worse!!

I agree - I don't think the vast majority did the Kimkins WOE. Way to difficult! Hey if they did follow it - Heidi wouldn't have had to find fake success stories and pictures. I know I never followed her WOE and now I'm glad I didn't.

Have a great Sunday everyone!

Well at least it has given me time to clean out closets of old clothes, (8 bags to goodwill!) clean out the gardens for next spring, rake the leaves, help my husband put in a new water heater, and get an order ready for a customer coming to pick up a bedroom set this afternoon. All in all, I think Heidi did me a favor. I needed to break my "Kimkins update" addiction.

Thank you Cheryl, Im going to research this right away. Hubby and I just had coffee down at Panara bread, I have a crock pot full of chili for supper going, laundry was finished and I too am going to go thru old clothes and bag them up for the thrift store. Beautiful, 60ish fall day in Omaha. I think we all got irritated a little when the whole Heidi thing was postponed 2 weeks, which makes this a good time to catch up on housework!

Oh, we have not lost interest by any means, we are just waiting for the Heidi dooms day clock to hit midnight, and in the meantime I am taking time to get done all that was sitting here looking at me while I was following the Russian bride saga. I am sure there is lots more to come!
