The paper-cut angle also needs to be investigated. Cuts in crotch = not good!

I'm thinking Ducky and the others have been silent by choice, Allie. Maybe because they don't want Kimmer and her attorney to have any "ammunition"..for their side of the story.
Just my opinion..Noone wants to "tip their hand" during an investigation.

Tiggerr, there are 2 sides to every story. To me, risking death or severe injury in order to prevent possible death or severe injury doesn't make much sense. And our family has a history of reactions to vaccines. Fortunately, your story did have a happy ending. But to assume that because some young girls might end up with a virus that leads to cervical cancer requires mass medication of an entire generation of young girls is way overkill. It's the same kind of reasoning that leads to mass medication of drinking water (fluoridation) in order to benefit about 2% of the population. I don't want fluoridated water, which will increase my cancer risks, just because it might benefit 6-8 year-olds. But I have made my choice from my life experiences, as have you, along with a lot of research. Maybe I'd feel like you if I had your experience - who knows? Let's agree to disagree and get back to the Kimmer saga, OK?

Actually, all we know for sure is that Heidi won Round 1 - delaying tactic approved. "But Yer Onner, I had less than a week's notice!" OK, 11 days more. Keep it up for 5 months, and behold! the new improved Red Dress Kimmer! (Do they even make body stockings that cover and tighten legs, arms and front and back????)

There is no way hideykins will lose any significant amount of weight in preparation for this case nor is there any way she will appear at all credible. The delay is probably her lawyer being retained after she was served and her acting all surprised and shocked at the allegations and her lawyer needing the time to prepare.

The fact that she retained legal counsel might indicate her taking this seriously but again will she actually show up in public, admit she is kimmer and answer questions honestly?

Um hands up everyone who believes that will happen.

Just wondering if the KK member who got questioned about her motives on bringing up the breast feeding thread got an answer to her last reply. As far as my friend is concerned, that was the FIRST time I ever heard of the connection. That's why it sticks out in my memory. That's not the ONLY time I heard it. I didn't keep a journal, but most of the time it's straight from people in the profession.

And 'you doth protest too much, methinks,' for someone who time and time again acknowledges the fact that Scientology is commonly practiced by people in this field. Ohh, except you say "targeted," but if enough are targeted, enough will follow. You can insist all you want about how they target "all" medical professionals equally, but the fact is that mainstream medicine clashes with Scientology beliefs. It's only fitting that alternative medicine would mesh better.

ETA: Ok ON topic....the new deposition is on my birthday!!!! I hope I get a good present!!
