Okay...Kimmer's deposition has been changed to the 12th and the 13th for Brandon. This was a mutually agreed upon decision from both sides. SO...you all can relax for a while. So, we know that she will definitely show up for that one!! Good deal.

Does this mean all the gals who were allowed to be at the deposition will have to return that day too? How inconvenient. They'd have to pack up and return in 2 weeks.

I didn't know that anyone was going to the deposition, were they? I'm sure John let them know what was going on if anyone was showing up.

Nov 12th is Veterans day and the federal and state offices will be closed. I bet the court reporter is going to be making big bucks that day.. LOL....Mel

actually, to me, it would be less humiliating than having customs paw through your dirty stuff on the return trip....
