Cheryl - I am not a psychologist or anything but since I have played a 007 spy, detective, attorney, and a Russian madam since joining this board I thought hey what is more hat to add to my collection..
This dream sounds like you may have some ummm.....unresolved issues with your brother. My guess is that he was often allowed to get away with things while you were growing up and you viewed your parents as being harder on you than him. This has continued into adulthood but now it is how his life in general seems to constantly filled with "getting away with things or "luck". He is the type who speeds but doesn't get a ticket and then you compare this to yourself who obeys the speed limit and think "Its not fair". I probably am no where close but I think dreams are intriguing and like I said I wanted to add a new profession to my board persona.

It looked like the mattresses were new - no used ones on the top of the van.

HoneyBee: The brother that was arrested is my middle brother. I have 3 brothers (no sisters) boo hoo! Craig has always been a rebel and still is. All my brothers got away with murder and me being the oldest was not treated the same way. The arrested brother (Craig) and I get a long famously very close. The oldest is a "liberal" and "egg head" - very smart - and we aren't as close... I'm glad I found out about your dream interpretation skills ..... yippee!

Well I am glad that my dream interpretation skills are improving. considering posting on this board and tracking down Kimmer's lies doesn't pay much...Ok it pays anything....so it is nice to know I still have a skill I can fall back on.
Oh, maybe should contact SingingLass and see if she knows of an opening at her psychic hotline or a place where such a skill is appreciated.

PS. I am the only girl and oldest too...maybe I am using projection of my own turmoil. OY, I need to go lay on my own couch.

People are innocent until proven guilty, right???

A deposition is testimony given under oath outside of a courtroom. It is recorded by a court reporter for possible use in court later. It's a part of the discovery process. It is how litigants gather their cases in case of a trial. In most cases, settlements are made, often under jurisdiction of an arbitrator who decides the amount of the award.

UPDATE ON FITNESS GURU
As y'all probably recall I was attempting to get as much information regarding FG so we could verify he was at the Fitness together in CG. Upon doing picture verification and reading the press releases contradictory/questionable information was brought forward. We had wanted to avoid an email going to the wrong location but the research we did only seemed to show more conflicting information concerning the FG and that fitness together.
The first email inquiring about him being at kimkins came back with this response that I had already posted:
Sorry...Nick Clark is no longer the online trainer with Kimkins.com.

That email didn't tell us much, other than confirming what we and others had guessed. The third person format made it even more odd but since it did come from this email address,
From: "nickclark" <nickclark~fitnesstogether.com> and we could not get a definitive explanation as to why things were not adding up, so it was decided to attempt to contact him at the same email address again. This email consisted of the post that Tippy Toes had put up at Kimkins stating that FG was let go as an adviser and "her reason" as to why, in addition information regarding the pending lawsuit was also included.

A response has been received but we are awaiting permission to post the email in its entirety. However, I did feel it was important to clarify and update what I thought would be appropriate at this time.
First- it appears some concerns were founded about the need to verify his contact information- He is no longer at the Fitness Together
Two- his new email is clarkuab9(at) hotmail(dot)com he asked that the old email to FT NOT be used.

I felt this was important to update because we definitely don't want to cause any issues for FG and I ask that any contact be done by use of his correct/new email.
With that being said I also wanted to comment on how kind and considerate his email read to me. He did show a true compassion for the kimkin's members and does seem to one of the good guys.
He also sounded a little sad about the situation and I did feel a twinge of guilt for questioning him within the last few days but given the context of the situation at kimkins, I do honestly feel suspicions were warranted when conflicting information appeared. It was in done with good intentions in hopes of contacting him at the correct location and to inquire about the circumstances regarding him leaving. I hope that this post shows that, although, the situation Nick was in was questionable, his character does not appear to be questionable.

The rest of his email is not going to be a block buster or anything but it does address some issues and I think it could prove important later on down the road.

I do hope for the best for Nick and I think he would appreciate any words of encouragement or comments if you approved of the job he did while at kimkins. I am not suggesting a huge email blitz, but as I commented on earlier the email read as a little down and it may be that he believes what Tippy wrote or that he doesn't know how he was praised by even me, a member of the negative nancies brigade ...as well as others on this board, for being the sane voice of wisdom over there.
