Its Funny How this Kimmer Thread is DEAD.. But
I wonder if anyone is still doing KimKins, or thinking about it..
I must say it is hard to just stop doing something that worked for you. Its also hard to get back on track, when you feel confused, and felt like, WOW, I lost a lot of weight, and if I change it, I will gain it back.. How do you get that thought out of your mind? |

You know, there are hundreds of people on this board who have lost weight without doing Kimkins. They have done in using Atkins, Protein Power, Body for Life, etc..and doing it slowly and are in great health.
You just have to find one that you can live with for the rest of your life. Atkins is a diet you can do for the rest of your life!! Of course, you make slight adjustments when you are in Maintenance, but it's a gradual thing that works. Whatever way of eating you decide to choose, do your research, read the book and start slowly. You might gain a few pounds at first (because your body is happy to have the food), but slowly, you will start to lose it and keep it off (which is the basic key).. Welcome to our board..Last edited by CarolynF : 10-15-2007 at 07:52 PM. |
