Maybe for the dream sequence, when The Kimmer is picturing herself how she wishes she could be. Don't think she'd work for the real-life Heidi K Diaz character in white stretch pants and big ol' sunglasses, though!

Last night I was banned......completely banned from KK. They banned my ISP so I couldn't even access the homepage. So, I emailed the site asking for a full refund. This morning I received this email:

Your TOS was identified by an admin and many member complaints. Your account is active although access to community areas remains restricted. You still have full access to the rest of the website including diet, food lists, menus and recipes.

Sure enough, I checked and I can now access the homepage. So, they completely ban you until you ask for a refund. LOL I emailed them back saying my Lifetime membership was to ALL areas of KK, not just the homepage and that I expect a full refund. I know that's wishful thinking. If Hidey were to give me a refund, that means she'd probably have to forego her daily dose of sugar cookies with sprinkles, so I know I'll never see the refund.

If this IS the same guy, I'd like to say that I feel sorry for him, but I just can't say it. If it is the same guy on the web site, he's had some education and probably worked hard for it. You just don't lend your name (even if it's only your FIRST name) to something without checking it out. A simple search for Kimkins gives him a lot of info. It's not like he really had to do much searching for it.

Either he searched and didn't believe what he read, or he didn't search at all - either way it makes him not very smart.

That sounds about right to me. The poor guy..I think he should be warned about the pending lawsuit..etc..

You say he's not a target, but he is for God knows how many people here who are googling the crap out of his name right now.
