That's a pretty good confirmation for me.

I think the Zeph. address is his residence. Didn't he have a St. Petes address on his business site?

Lemme ask y'all something. What professional in his right mind would agree to come on board in a medical advisory position for an online company without first doing some online research of the company?? If he has a single brain cell, he certainly would have at the very least googled Kimkins and would have had to be at the very least a little curious as to why there were so many anti-Kimkins sites listed directly underneath the main listing. I mean seriously, I don't know of any professional anything who would blindly jump into something without thoroughly checking it out, much less just a casual look-see on google! A professional's credentials and reputation are their livelihood!

If his answers are fair, more helpful than not, and running counter to KK's party line, why would we go for blood? I think when it's explained whom and what he's dealing with, that he'll back off. If not, then he'll go down w/o us needing to aid and abet the process. Apparently he is legit, works for an honest living, and therefore not a target. (Unless he starts charging for his online advice, posts fake Russian pix, or otherwise lands in our crosshairs.)

Someone needs to say they are in his exact area and would like to come in and make an appointment.

On a side note, is anyone else constantly getting this message while trying to post? "The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later."

Warning, long OT post mostly to migraine sufferers, but also with quoting instructions and birthday wish at the end.

Boogie and the others suffering from migraines, I understand your pain. I, too, have suffered tremendously from migraines, starting at age 16. Mine would often last for 3 days and be very intense. It was horrible. Fortunately, I was not usually nauseated with them. It eventually got to the point that they would switch sides. The ones on the left were the most intense, the ones on the right came with nausea. Then, it got to the point that I had them almost daily, though they were usually very mild. The intense ones came at about the same rate as previously, once or twice a month.

I was finally diagnosed by a neurologist. Mine didn't fit the typical pattern, but they were migraines, nonetheless. He put me on Inderal. It was wonderful in the beginning. I had a migraine right after starting it. It was kind of a weird sensation. I could feel the migraine. I could tell it was really intense, yet it was like most of the pain was blocked. I don't know how else to describe it.

I started on verapamil about age 15 and take it everyday and now I am down to maybe 1 migraine a month! I still get a lot of regular tension headaches, but nothing compared to the migraines.

I had to go off the verapamil when I was pregnant, and the migraines came back in full force

I swear by the verapamil! My dad takes it as well.
This sounds similar to the Inderal. I was on a long acting type that I took once a day. Unfortunately, it gave me diarrhea. I tried taking it at a different time. My doctor reduced the dose. Didn't help and it wasn't enough to stop the pain. He put me on the regular Inderal spread throughout the day. That worked for a while, but eventually, the migraines returned. You do have to wean yourself off of Inderal, btw.

I also took Imitrex when I actually did get a migraine. A friend told me about feverfew. She told me about a relative that had completely eliminated his migraines by taking it daily. Feverfew is an herb, widely available. I decided to try it. You do have to be careful to make sure it is standardized. One time, I apparently got a bad batch and it was like I wasn't even taking it.

Later, my SIL told me about Vitamin B-2. Now, I was still having the migraines with the feverfew, just not as bad. I started taking the B-2 and that was even better. I finally quit taking the feverfew and now I don't take the B-2, either, just a B-complex with 100mg and a multi that has another 75mg. There is no recommended dosage for the feverfew. On the B-2, the therapeutic dose is 400mg/day.

I don't get headaches all that often these days, though I do have one now. Right side, no nausea. Not that bad. Haven't taken anything. I haven't taken an Imitrex in years. I can take a prescription dose of ibuprofen (a doctor told me to do it, but with OTC stuff) and get rid of them. That was never an option in the past. It didn't faze it. Messes with my stomach big time, though, so I avoid it if at all possible.

Now, I know there are some who are probably wondering just how I got these quotes from the last thread, right? OK. Pay attention now. Go ahead and multi-quote like you normally would, but don't click on the quote button. I purposely waited for the thread to end before doing this so as not to lose them, though I could have said what I did without quoting. Go to the new thread and hit the reply button. At the bottom of the screen where you type your message, you will see a note that you have quotes selected and it will ask if you want to include those in this reply. Tell it yes and voila! Oh, and if you ignore it, they hang around for a while. Not sure how long, but it looks like you can respond to something unrelated, then quote those later.

Honey, I know your special day is coming to a close, but still would like to wish you Hope it's been a good one.

Since I am obviously not going to catch up any time soon, I need to quit procrastinating and go do the CE course that I need or I will not be selling real estate after next month!

I have not read all the pages because I had to have dinner.
Thanks for the birthday wishes too y'all

This may already been addressed if so ignore me but...

How can a PCP give advice online to a specific question regarding a specific patient when that person is not a patient of his?
Medical liability will not allow this.
Someone can ask a general question regarding a disease state or condition but to advise a person specific information about THEIR condition is not allowed.
Unless there is some new guidelines or this varies from state to state.

Has this been addressed or does anyone have information about what I am describing?

Perhaps it's allowed because he's not a medical doctor.

Now what we have to do is go to Mapquest and directions and put both of their addresses into the computer and see how far they live from one another... Maybe he's living in one of her rental properties. I don't think it's the high rent district.
