Can't they track what computer the person is logging on from? I'm not computer literate so don't have the answer. Doesn't it have something to do with an IP address?

Too easy to buy a new (or used) laptop and sign in at your little coffee house down on the corner.

You hit on the thing I was thinking. I like the idea of having this information hidden from Kimtippy. However, if it's moved to the PG, the refugees from KK have no access to it because they are new members. I think that members banned from LCF should have no access to any forum, period, whether it's on the PG or not. But then again, I'm not the owner, nor am I an admin, so I have no say so about it. I just wish the banned peeps couldn't lurk, that's all. I want us to have a public way of sharing what we have discovered. This is definitely a team effort.

I hope this hasn't been answered as I'm not waiting until I get through all the posts. Sounds like a 'charlie horse' to me. Can be quite painful. It's due to lack of potassium (often if I drink too much water and not take my vitamins). I got them a LOT on KK. ![]() |

I would be almost certain that kimmer being the smart little, oops I mean scammer that she is has more than one computer. Like I said before, the ip thing can be easily changed. I had 5 computers going in my house at one point.
There are ways to have multiple ip too. If she want's to get in and it's a public forum she will get in. That was why I mentioned finding another option like the basecamp. Base camp is set up like a private area, and only the leader can choose who they allow in. I was suggesting anything private be taken in there (or a similar forum) until this mess is resolved. Use fascination as a bridge to keep others up to speed. I personally don't need to be part of that private forum, but I think there are members in here who do. |

Back on page 63:
And then a couple of people comment and Kimmer chimes in: Re:Oprah's Monday Show. 1 Year, 3 Months ago Chris, that is my maintenance diet! Lean protein, a ton of veggies, fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Not terribly sexy but it works for me, and best of all, I don't have to think about it! Any plan that's automatic is the one for me. I guess NOONE caught that when Kimmer said she ate a ton of veggies..I'm sure she did! Probably lots of yummy taters.. ![]() |

The hard part is how do we figure out who is legit and who isn't when they register to have access to the site? IMHO this idea is definitely food for thought! |

Tart cherries are very good for you. Great antioxidant, anti-carcinogenic, good for the heart, arthritis, helps ward off diabetes, etc. They probably would be good for your skin. lol

If Hidey believes what she typed in this newletter, she is admitting shes a mess. Incredible isnt it....
KimKims newsletter #5: Sometimes, though we hate our fat, we use it as a shield around us. We use food to stuff everything that is wrong in life, so that we can tell ourselves that everything is all right except for the fat. We deny and hide anger, fear, disappointment, and all the other negatives by comforting ourselves with food. It is part of that all-or-nothing thinking. Truth is frightening - and liberating. When we lose the food as friend and comforter and salver of hurt feelings, when we lose the ritual of eating to fill our time and create our excuses, we confront ourselves — and we find ourselves, as we are meant to be, with courage and truth and acceptance and freedom and joy. I hope you find the strength somehow to make it past these first few days! It IS hard, and I wish it were easier, but you will not be sorry once you succeed!! You really CAN do this!!

What about a place like myspace where as long as your invited you can see it? You could post The important things there where only invites could see. Invite everyone from here with a link to the site. If they want to be invited they could email. They could then be checked to make sure they are not fans of KK and go from there. If they have been recently banned you could verify and invite them in.

Just a small post to let us know you are still here. ——————- blink! Ducky’s great. Taking time to let it all sink it for all those fleeing. Ducky ain’t done! |

Maybe there are a few "over there" who are waking up from the koolaid hangover.....
xxxx, thanks so much for your post to me in the cafe. I appreciate it. I just started posting a bit, but it seems like everything I post, I later "think better of it" and go back and erase it! I worry that I'm saying the wrong thing or that someone will take it wrong or that I'll be banned or.... or.... or.... So if you check my profile, you'll see I have a bunch of blank white posts! But I won't erase this one, promise! LOL Anyway, I meant what I said. I admire you for what you've done. I did lose 20-25 lbs last spring but I started to have some "health issues"... some thyroid issues I'm still dealing with... terrible dizziness.... low blood pressure (76/40), especially in the morning... I decided to back off on the diet for a while. I felt better but over the summer I re-gained about 8 of those pounds back. So just recently I decided I wanted to try to find a healthy way to incorporate some KK stuff into a healthier diet and avoid the problems I was dealing with in the spring. Can that be done? I'm optimistic, I'm sure it can! I just have to figure out how! So I've been looking at some other options "out there" that incorporate some of the KK principles with healthier approaches. I'm thinking I might concentrate on just "eating low". |

leave the topic as it is cause it is getting the message out and that is more important. Look at how many former kimkinete have been here cause they wanted to see from what they heard on the kimkins board about LCF,even joined LCF so they could argue with folk but later as they learned more changed their minds and come over to the light side. This topic is the landing site for many falling kimkins folk and the warm welcomes they are getting are helping to show LCF isn't a board full of haters.
Fixing up his current website will not undo any laws and regulations Dr Mark broke before cause his IP can produce copies as can many folk here of the original website pages. Let the world and kimmer et al see what is going on. The more moves they make the more the cover up grows and the more light the believers are seeing.
