Question for the Fitness Guru 17 Minutes ago
If we don't have home work out equiptment and we don't want to spend a lot of money, what can we use for weight training/bearing exercise and how would we do them? And if we do have to purchase equiptment what is the least expensive with the most effectiveness?

Regarding the risk of illness....how many years does the Atkins diet have on the market and truly had many people against it and thousands more that are happy with the result. Personally I think this is just someone working to discredit Kimkins.

Lo que si no me gustó es el engaño que hicieron con Kim, la verdad está muy mal para la imagen de este site, pero desgraciadamente en mercadeo y publicidad muchas cosas se usan como verdaderas sin serlo para motivar a la gente a seguirlo, desgraciadamente esta gente de Kimkins no uso a la verdadera Kim (Que supuestamente es la creadora de la dieta) y a modelos verdaderas, pagadas y solo utilizaron fotos de una website. Yo entiendo un poco de esto porque he trabajado mucho tiempo en mercadeo y publicidad, tu puedes usar medios para animar a las personas a comprar o usar ciertas cosas aunque lo que presentas no sea exactamente lo que ves. Kimkins desencantó de una forma, pero se salva teniendo historias que si son verdaderas y resultados como el tuyo Agley y como el de muchas más que siguiendo las indicaciones han logrado ir bajando de peso, son realidades, no inventos.

What I don't like is the lies about Kim, truly it is very wrong using that image on this site, but unfortunately, in the public marketplace lies are passed off as truth simply to motivate people and get followers. Sadly, these Kimkins people didn't use the real Kim (who is supposedly the creator of this diet) and used models, paid simply for the use of their photos on this website. I know a little about this because I have worked in marketing and publicity and we use any means to illustrate or encourage people to buy even if they aren't exactly true. Kimkins disenchanted me in a way, but saves itself by having real success stories and results like yours Aglaey and similar to many others that have followed the indications and have succeeded in losing weight; those are real, not invented.

No creo que tengan las suficientes armas para cerrar el site, talvez les obligarán a quitar las fotos “Piratas” y a lo mejor pagar una idemnización a las que aparecen en las fotos (Si ellas lo requieren) pero no más.

I don't believe they are sufficiently armed to close the site, although (the site) is obliged to remove the "pirated" photos and maybe pay an indemnity to those that appeared in the photos (if they require it) but nothing more.

Si quieren actuar en contra por cuestiones de salud, entonces antes de actuar contra la dieta Kimkins , tendrían primero que prohibir Atkins para luego hacer una prohibición contra Kimkins y en tantos años no han logrado nada contra Atkins que es más o menos el principio de esta solo que Kimkins no promueve el consumo de grasas y permite más vegetales.

If they want to act on the questions of health then before acting against Kimkins, they would first have to prohibit Atkins so that they could then later prohibit Kimkins but since no one has been able to do anything agains Atkins in so many years which more or less in principle is the same as Kimkins, except that Kimkins doesn't promote the consumption of fat and permits more vegetables.

Models paid for their photos? Oh? which ones? where? We haven't found any yet, and trust me, we've been searching everywhere!

Yeah, there's a few real success stories. Never mind that the vast majority of the success stories were fakes!Not to mention that the pirated photos are just one more aspect of the completely fraudulent nature of the site.

Perhaps everyone on the list of true success stories on that list should also provide a list of the health problems they're now suffering from following Kimmer's advice! Not trying to suggest anything to bring further hurt on those who are suffering for being so successful - It's probably an invasion of privacy, and I fully understand if they don't want any more attention brought on them at all.

Is there a way to see when websites are modified? Dr. mark's website is changed I'm pretty sure. He used to say he was a certified personal trainer (and it linked into the CHEK site) and NOW he is only "working" towards personal trainer certification in CHEK and NSCC (I haven't found that yet???) Yet his bio states that he STARTED as a personal trainer???? So he started as that, and yet NOW he is back to just working towards that? I am so confused. They need to find a story and stick with it

oh but at least they fixed the "additionology" to "addictionology" on his page.

oh and glad to see he is a CHEK institute affiliate - maybe that will pay his course fee?
