The worst advice is starting to be white-washed and modified. People over there WANT to say they're doing Kimkins, but from what I see, they won't REALLY be doing Kimkins. They want to self-delude. So be it. They have the right.

I think keeping an eye and scrutinizing changes over there is great. It will keep them as honest as one can keep crooks like Heidi and bottom-feeders like Tippy. But we don't wanna lump in the lesser thans and the dupes with the ones who created and abetted the fraud with open eyes. And certainly, the one who needs to be legally beeyotch-slapped is Heidi Kimberly Diaz.

Take satisfaction in the fact that, whether she is the owner or not, she is no longer the ruler of a slavish domain. That's gotta hurt. I hope it hurts a lot.

As someone posted--and I forget who--Miz Heidi doesn't get to berate people down to 200 calories anymore. She doesn't get to sit in Ask Kimmer and be the guru. She's lost absolute authority over the minds of her peops. Now, she's just a shadow, maybe pulling some strings, but not getting the credit. She doesn't get to be "fawned" over daily. She doesn't get to say, "I created this and it's all mine." Tippy has recreated Kimkins. The site is a boring, generic diet site now. Tippy is the bumbling, illiterate regent of a wasteland. If that's what makes getting up in the morning worthwile, then she's to be pitied for the dessication of her soul.

The Golden Age of the Lying Diet Goddess is over.

Now, we need to pray that justice is swift and sure...and she's left with maybe a buck fifty tucked into a dusty crevice of her stretch pants.

And may her minions not know a night's good sleep or a satisfying bowel movement until they repent of their lying and abetting...

Outstanding post!!!!! I just thought of something else -- you know how Kimmer/Heidi loves to constantly be posting advice, receiving praises, etc.? Well what have we accomplished? She supposedly is no longer the owner .... she hasn't been seen posting ..... she's not giving advice (unless she is finally answering her private e-mail being sent to the Gmail address). She is no longer in the limelight! She's a "has been" and all she has to show for it is a ruined reputation. It must be torture for her.

I think they are not giving the name or admitting it is Mark because there are such good detectives here and elsewhere that when a little info is given run with it and find out everything.

Doesn't anyone sleep anymore? My DH was making so much noise snoring it drove me into another room..... I laid in bed listening to it for over an hour!!!

All of this detective work reminded me of when I was single in my 20's and before my girlfriend and I would accept a date with someone - we'd do a complete background check on the guys. They never had a chance! Hey better safe than sorry!
