Am I the only one who did not like that stuff? I bought the 4 pack and threw three of them away.

Could you tell me a little more about stalls? For about the last month I seem to be in a semi-stall. By that I mean I lose 1 or 2 pounds overnight and then nothing for a week or so. Last month I only lost 7 pounds, compared to the other 2 month where I lost at least 10 pounds each month. Am I too greedy about keeping to want to lose 2-3 pounds a week compared to 1 - 1.5? My calories are about 700-900 a day.

Any advise will be appreciated.

I hope he doesn't tell her she should "exercise"

I lost my reply to this, I think? My apologies if it posts twice. What I wish is that if this poster weren't a real person, is that people would swoop in with actual Kimmer-attributed quotes, with links where possible. It would be a real test of the new admins and the shiny new site. Will they let the master's own words stand, allowing people to see Kimmer's actual advice, or will they get swept away? Unfortunately, I wouldn't want anyone at all to take the advice, so it's probably not a great idea.

I know a lot of rumors about him which I have not posted because 1. They are rumors and I will only post something I have proof of and only if it had something to do with the subject. I also agree that the issue with Mark is the bad advice he is giving to members not his private life. I think from what I have read most people here wanted him to be aware of what he is walking into the whole past issues not the new sanitized site.
Jann, I know you were just asked to look the place over. We also have many mobile home and manufactured home areas here and some are way nicer than houses.

I really appreciate that you are not posting any rumors or things that cannot be proven about Dr. Mark. And I agree that he needs to be called to task for bad advice that he gives. I also wanted him to be aware of what he was getting into and sent him an email with links to the blogs and newcast. I got his "judging the site on what it has looked like for four days" response. As far as I am concerned he has been warned and given the information so he is now fair game for what he is doing in relation to kimkins, but not his personal life unless it directly affects his role at kimkins.

Don't want to threadjack, but guess I am . Have you tried the greek or strained yogurt. I also hated yogurt until I tried that. Sweeten with splenda or fruit and nuts. It is very good then.

Thanks for the links and info. I'll check Walmart. I didn't think to look there.
How can you not like yogurt? I think you just need me to make it for you. I love yogurt! I always have, and I eat the plain kind and put fresh fruit, cinnamon, and some stivia in it (sometimes walnuts and/or granola). Yum!

It's been weeks for it to sink into some of the more ...ahem! ...resistant posters over there; so 2 nights isn't much. I'd suspect he's a wimp if he caved after 2 days. But each reply is digging him deeper, and I'm still watching and reserving judgment.
That's my thought too. How long has it taken other people here to sift through all the blogs and the posts and the before and after pictures, etc? And why shouldn't he be given the chance to review the information for himself, maybe do a little investigating on his own, and THEN decide what he's going to do? He's had two nights to try and get a grasp of what's taken weeks to uncover. People were out for blood pretty much as soon as he appeared on the scene, and now, after two nights, he's been declared fair game. If he signed a contract with Kimkins, just not showing up for work could have legal ramifications. Not to mention, before he decides to leave Kimkins, he'll probably want to take all this to a lawyer and have him look it over - that's what I'd do.

If a bunch of anonymous people started bombarding me with all this stuff, leaving messages at my office, digging into my personal life and demanding that I resign from a position I just accepted, I take it all with a grain of salt too. I'd want to get to the truth on my own. Everyone here knows what the truth is/was, but it sure isn't what you see on the Kimkins site right now.

Oh wow, I seem to have wandered into the wrong thread... Is this "What's the fascination with yogurt?"

(I'm eating some yogurt right now)

I just watched Holly's video on youtube and my heart goes out to her. I really hope that she can get the weight off and not suffer the side effects that other people have suffered. I'm just so angry at Kimmer - preying on this kind of desperation. You can see the pain in this woman's eyes. I wanted to give her a hug. Holly says she doesn't care that Kimmer is heavy, but does she care that Kimmer never used the diet she is selling?
I went to Holly's web page and all of the Russian bride success stories are there. I hate that a fat person is taking advantage of other fat people. It makes me sick!

Jann, I feel your pain on the water weight! I am hashi's/hypothyroid/hypoadrenal, and have the same problem. I've been known to fluctuate 10-20 lbs overnight, too. Sometimes I'm so waterlogged it hurts to be touched! I have clothes and shoes in 3 different sizes, and can never plan what I'm wearing in advance.

Sorry for the threadjack everyone!

Is that the one where they say the lady just started and she has already lost like 50lbs. If she just started, how could she have lost that much weight? They didn't say it was kimkins?!

Jo, I don't know. This was just a radio spot for something called secure meal. Says it tastes great, 20 years in development (accroding to website). I did not hear or see any testimonials. Just that it is 70 calories and they have about 6-8 flavors.

I'm just a naturally curious person and if I joined something and IMMEDIATELY got information that what I had joined was suspect, I think I would look into it pretty quickly.

Instead of taking someone's word (TT) that it was just jealous hater detectives out to get even because they were too weak to do the program, I would read every thing I could.

I'm just saying that's how I am...

Me too. But I think my natural inclination would be to initially side with the people I was already contracted with. I can't even imagine what they've told the guy. Look what they did to the site (I assume partly for his benefit) in such a short time! Anyone who has contacted him is a stranger, and he probably was warned of the "haters." I would check into it myself too, but it would take a whole lot longer than 2 days for me to come to a conclusion about what I believed to be the truth. The guy owns his own business, does seminars and probably has a life. He's doing research when he can. We've fed him an awful lot in one sitting.

I thought I could stomach all the vague feelings of wrongness, and say that as long as *I* was losing weight this whole Kimmer thing didn't matter. But that's a lie. I can't stand by and pretend like it's okay to perpetuate a fraud. And as much as I've heard people bashing the naysayers, there is nothing inherently wrong in wanting answers to legitimate answers about a diet. That's just par for the course, in my opinion. But I stuck around here because I li
