Oh i should say incase there are any kimmer lurkers her. Tippy is welcome to visit me. Open door policy. I would gladly ask her my questions, and let her debate the weight issue. I have lowcarbed way longer. Maintained my losses for years. I did this without starving, without getting sick, with my certified doctors blessing. I am not afraid to post a photo of myself in a binkini close up so everyone can see what i look like up close and personal. I am not saying its pretty, u cant lose close to 100 pounds at our age and not have saggy skin (sorry ladies) but thats ok.

Right Jayed, I can tell you how I maintained for two years. I can offer advise on how to hold fast on a bad day. I am not a professional I can only tell you what has worked for me. Tippy hasnt had it work yet. She has just gotten there. I can tell everyone Exersize, you will like what is left alot better when you get to goal. I got to goal, wasnt happy with what was left, and then I started to exersize boy did things look better. I wish i hadnt wasted a year with just eating right. So I tell people that it is with my experience, exersize, one because it is good for you, two because when you reach goal you will like the way your muscles look

I had to de-lurk for this one. I thought this was crazy and a bit scary . . .my dh is a mt and I thought it was a requirement to be licensed to practice let alone instruct (at least in MOST states -- an unskilled mt can do a lot of damage); heck, dh has 3 different state licenses and a national and since we're trying to relocate he has to get another for the state we're going to. . .I was curious so I called the Florida mt board and they said that it isn't a state law to be licensed in order to teach in that state. . . scary. I really can't imagine a reputable school hiring an unlicensed mt (I'd be willing to wager most schools there require the license even if it isn't the law yet). . . if I was a student I'd be asking for a refund.

People were more concerned with the number on the scale moving than developing a healthy exercise plan. If they lifted weights one day and didn't lose the next, well then weights must stall you. Of course, it came down from on high (Kimmer) that you didn't need to exercise and that losing was the most important thing so most people latched onto that excuse. It was an uphill battle for someone like Kim to convince people that exercise is important. It doesn't appear to me that much has changed.

Hi MissMerize, how are you getting in? I was banned last week for questioning the "Russian Success Stories". I didn't get to exchange emails with my challenge group. Can you share and then delete the info? I don't think either of us can PM yet.

I almost posted the same. She's upped her fats, kept her carbs low, increased her caloric intake to the safe minimal number of 1200. That's NOT KIMKINS.
So, why the hell is she at the Kimkins site when she's NOT doing Kimkins? Moreover, why is she there when she got sick and felt like CRAP and had to go to the ER when she WAS doing Kimkins? People are so frigging stupid. Yes, I said it. If you stay at a diet site where the diet literally made you ill and you no longer can do the diet of said site named for said toxic diet: Y'all are MORONS! Sorry, that post just made me shake my head so much, my tiara slipped down to my ears. Make me Queen, please, so that I can make logic and analytical skills training mandatory from kindergarten onwards. The Princess![]()
