Gibster, thank-you for mentioning hypothyroidism as a possibility whenever cold intolerance is being discussed, especially in patients who have been following a restricted diet for some time. Easy enough to have checked out.

Kind regards, WL"

Well, I was hoping to get a reply from the good doctor - let's see if he replies today. Way to go, newly banned people! I'm surprised I haven't been banned yet!

Hey there!

As promised, here's another reason why joining Kimkins.com is a smart move!

First off, there's no faster diet than Kimkins. We blow the weight loss socks off of South Beach, Jenny Craig, Atkins, Nutrisystem -- and don't even get me started on that slow poke Weight Watchers!

We're also the cheapest diet! How can you beat that combo -- cheapest and fastest! All of the other diets charge year after year, but Kimkins is only one small fee -- that's it!

Kimkins Competitive Price Chart

The sooner you join, the sooner you'll be thin!

JOIN KIMKINS NOW!

Note: You signed up for "10 Reasons" which are 10 separate emails a few days apart. If you want to stop receiving them, click at the bottom of any issue at "Manage Your Subscription" to unsubscribe.
I got those too, and I saved every one, I have PROOF positive for my cc company of the fraud, Heidi sent before and afters of herself in those emails.

And those of us who wanted to discuss any other subject, like, say, ATKINS, were quite happy with that arrangement!

I see off the bat, gout and mr. flabby arms still need to be addressed - even if it's "I don't know".

Re:Introducing Dr. Mark 55 Minutes ago
Bodyfat for men should be around 12%
Women 18%

At both those percentages you will be healthy and look good.

I want to shoot for 11% to challenge myself. The hard part will be that I do not want my weight to change....200lbs to stay.

1. I will limit my carbs and sugars of course
2. Perform core strengthening exercises with an exercise ball at home
3. Add 2-3 hand weight or kettlebell exercises at home

Instead of doing other aerobic exercises I am going to manipulate the three things above in order to accomplishe the goal. i.e. lower carbs or less break between sets or more repetitions.
I also pledge to keep my workouts to 15-30 minutes.

This is an experiment. I want to help give you tools that anyone can use.

I want everyone to know that it doesn't take a gym membership or an extra 2 hours a day to make a difference.

A Big Hi Again to everyone. Eat some chicken for me!
Dr. Mark

Where is he? He was on 55 minutes ago, and completely breezed by gout and flabby. That's discrimination!

I lost 60 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 1 Hour, 20 Minutes ago
Ok, I know this diet has been under a lot of critisiam latley.
But I started on june 4th at 244.(was 257 but used another program to 244).I keep my calories at 900-1200.
I stuck to the kimkins plan with the veggies and cheese and low carb yougurt. If I plateau then I went off the diet for 3 days and ate some HEALTHY carbs.I took a vitimin EVERYDAY plus added fish oil pills and extra folic acid and a and b6 and b12..vit c and zinc and iron and magnisum and calcium. It is alot of vitimins and I take them thur the day and not all at once so they will absorb better. Just want to say if you keep it healthy and dont starve and pay attention to your vitimins this program will work for you.

Also I have a friend who did a plateu for 1 month so her doctor gave her phentermine for 1 month only and she broke it and is losing fast as ever.Just please dont listen to the nut cases who eat under 500 calories... You know that is not healthy so please use your head and you will not get sick... also do your research on your vegtables and the foods. Some foods are better than others.Pick ones with iron and potasium .

Hope this helps guys.

Also keep your own pace..its not a race. some lose faster than others, some slower. Do what your body allows you to do.Dont do anything unhealthy.

Whoa! Does she think she's doing kimkins?

Did I understand this right? Dr. Mark lives in a Trailer? Not that there's anything wrong with that... But a Doctor? Someone who is supposed to be in the medical profession?

I was training once for a job down in Tennessee, and we had to work on location. Many of the homes we went to were Trailers. I was shocked at how big some of those are. They were nicer than my apt. They actually look and feel like a real house. I don't know if he has one of those, we need a pic.

Ok admittedly I skipped some pages back there, but has anyone addressed the fact that Tippy and her hubby do run a trailer park. Cuz they do. You can find that info in public records. SOOOOO is there a possible link?

And let us remember, even though he calls himself a doctor, the only license anyone has been able to find is as an acupuncturist. I do believe that would offer quite a minimal income, not enough to have a huge house and a boat in the marina! Maybe a break on his rent for workin on Tippys lil pet project?

Oh, I agree, there are some really nice ones. I just can't understand why a "Doctor" would live in one in a trailer park. It doesn't make sense. He should be making good money and either want a home on a large lot (away from people) or (if they are really busy) a very nice apartment that he/she could bop in and out of.

Ok about the banning last night?....does anyone know if there is something about mass posting in the tos? Cuz, well, none of us were swearing or insulting members so I fail to see the violation. Kimmer is not a member so saying that she lied is also not a violation. Hmmmm.

You guys. I am in Florida. There is a "trailer park" on the island that is the most expensive property around here! Lots of doctor's and professionals living there. BIG bucks! My DH has worked out there for 20 years now.
Not saying it's the same as where KKs "Dr" lives, but just to let you know. Things are different down here LOL.
